We have reservations so that helped with the wait. This is a place purely for atmosphere. Kids love it because it's neat but the food is way overpriced and in my experience not very tasty. Most of the time we were at our table waiting for our server to come back by. I ordered a chicken breast and literally that's... More

A nice sit down restaurant option in the Galleria Food Court. Good food, but works best for families, as there were lots of kids and three birthday salutes while we were there. The jungle decor and animated mascots are targeted to amuse the family while you wait. We enjoyed the Quesadilla Appetizer and Caribbean Redfish entree.

I went here with a colleague. The food was very nice (I really loved the veggie burger!) and the service quick and friendly. It is really loud in there though, so I'm happy we went there for the experience, but I don't have to go again unless with kids.

I have been to many Rainforest Cafe locations and this was the least impressive as far as atmosphere goes. It is so small and doesn't have many animatronics or even an aquarium. The point to go here is the environment not the food. Go to the one in Galveston or San Antonio.

We've really liked the food from all be other Landry owned properties, but honestly it was pretty lacking. Not horrible just eh for a $100 meal for a family of 4. Lots of fun stuff to look at food just doesn't live up to the hype. Staff was quiet friendly and got us seated as quickly as possible actually faster... More

I was in town for a dance convention. It inside the galleria mall. It is a fun place for families who do not have sensory issues. Very loud and busy and would not recommend for business. Food was great and portions were large.

Entertaining but too noisy for a business supper. Food was decent. At the end of the meal, I was surmised to learn that we had purchased our beer mugs....

We had 15 people in our party. We had reservations, and we were seated very quickly after we arrived. Our waitress was very good and 15 people all left very happy with their meals. A fun place for the kids to visit!

The restaurant lacked a fun and playful culture. There is such an opportunity to make this a destination place for customers. We were seated quickly - which was great - and the server took our beverage order shortly after being seated. This was good. Once we placed our order, we didn't see our waiter again. He didn't check on our... More

RFC is one of those places we go to for the kids. In this case, they were also offering a points incentive for Landry's Select members, so we decided to plan a trip to cash in on the extra points. We've never been to the Galleria location before, so we weren't sure what to expect. It felt older/grimier than the... More
