I'm confused about the name of the restaurant. Is it Pass and Provisions or just Pass or just Provisions. Anyway, we had an excellent dinner. The plates are meant to be shared so the portions are a little smaller. They are not at a smaller price however. I had the Boudin sausage with fermented red cabbage and mustard greens. Excellent.... We stopped here for a drink after dining at Lucio's right down the street. Although the bartender was very knowledgeable and service-oriented, Pass and Provisions was not worth a repeat visit. Why? The bar is very dark, lifeless, and cold (literally the air conditioning was making us ice over) - in a nutshell, no ambiance. The drinks, although good, were... More

Amazing experience - we had the tasting menu with a couple of wines recommended by the sommelier. It was a delight from start to finish. The food was out of this world with a mix of textures and tastes in each dish. The whole experience is in my top five restaurants and I have been lucky enough to eat in... More

Yep. Pass and Provisions is the real deal. Big flavor. Appropriate portions. Very fair pricing for the quality of the food. I was a little concerned about the pizza. Why would one spend all of that time fermenting a dough with yeast just to roll it super flat and squeeze out all of the yeast bubbles? But it worked. It... More

We had been birdwatching along the Upper Texas Coast for a week and were concerned for our health having been unable to avoid a diet of almost entirely fast food. What a joy to enter the unassuming entrance of the Pass and find a proper restaurant. The 8 course menu was heaven and restored our faith in culinary science. Good... More

Living in the mecca of restaurants galore, you're often wondering where to go next! We're always drawn to our tried & true, but love to go try new things and our afternoon stop at Provisions for lunch didn't disappoint! The location of this restaurant used to be the popular Antoine's once upon a time, but now is a very trendy... More

One of the best restaurants in the Houston area. Their foe grass with their in house made bread is to have died and go to heaven. Truly superb !!

Houston's food scene is enormously cosmopolitan and the quality of the food improves every year. The chefs at The Pass provide a blueprint of where the finer restaurants should be heading. We have a couple dozen restaurants that offer three-course meals at high levels of sophistication. However, when we get to multicourse, delicate, creative cuisine, only The Pass and Oxheart... More

An amazing restaurant. The setting is impressive in itself, particularly the big door that recedes rather than pivot, and the impression to be in a secluded, slightly secret place. The food is beautiful, but there's only one tasting menu and that's all you get. You can opt for a vegetarian option, for sure, and some of the dishes won't throw... More

Went here for lunch on Thanksgiving eve with a good friend. We lucked out with parking because there was barely anyone at the restaurant for lunch so we parked right in front. There does seem to be street parking right across the street in front of the restaurant. The weather was perfect and we opted to sit on the patio.... More
