I did some research before I left home and discovered this place. As soon as I got off the plane, I headed there for lunch. I was not disappointed. The food was excellent. I ordered the oxtails, beef pattie, and chicken pattie. It was all delicious and well seasoned. Next time I'm in Houston I'll be back.

I happened to be looking for a restaurant to use credit on Restaurant.com and ran across this place. It was in a part of town that was unfamiliar to my mom and I but we decided to go ahead and venture on. The people that work there are so friendly. The atmosphere was so authentic it felt like we in... More

fresh, tasted homemade with large portions , authentic Jamaica cuisine.....A bit pricey however. I would go back again after I have saved up some money.

I grew up and lived near White Plains Road in the Bronx. I was use to getting GREAT Caribbean food weekly if not daily. Since moving to a small rural southern town, every time I travel, I jump at the chance to get foods I can't get in Tuskegee. So this was my second visit to Reggae Hut. My first... More

Hubs and I went last week with some friends. Yes, I'd heard about the place numerous times before, and I was excited to try it for myself! It's kind of off the beaten path, so I don't know that you'd ever just drive by, spy it, and say, "hey! There's RH!". We really enjoyed the meal, but the place is... More

They have the best Oxtails in Houston!! Delicious, tender and full of flavor. I also enjoy the beef patty and jerk chicken. The service is friendly and prompt. Two thumbs up!

Great food and ambiance. Curry chicken, stew chicken and Jerk chicken were amazing. The rice and beans were fabulous. Friendly staff, very accommodating to our group of 3 adults and 9 teenagers. The reggae music really added to the experience. Highly recommend.
