Place has in and outdoor sitting, small but a great place. Great welcoming by all that work there. Our food was great, more then enough food. Our lunch meals were a great value.

Stopped in for a late Saturday lunch, it's small corner restaurant. Walk in and you immediately smell the pit going and gets your taste buds anxious. Beef/Brisket/Sausage/Chicken/Ribs are tasty, reasonably priced, served on metal tray on paper with paper towels at the table. Nice peppery crust - a bit cripsy for nice texture without being overpowering while the meat falls... More

During my recent visit to Austin Texas stopped into Milt's and had a pound of their BBQ brisket. It was delicious! Small, quaint place to enjoy good food by the pound. I liked the fact that it was not terribly busy...quick, efficient service and good food.

A small, casual, laid back place with outstanding BBQ. Great staff up front and in the kitchen. Brisket, sausage, pork and turkey are all great. When we go out for BBQ it is for the meats, so we don't pay much attention to the sides Milt's is worth a special trip. There are more famous BBQ towns and restaurants in... More

Milt's started out in a shed on Old Highway 80 (I-35 service road), moved into town, was sold, stumbled a bit, and is now serving some of the best barbecue in Hays County (and that's saying a lot). Brisket, sausage, sandwiches, chicken, burgers. BYOB. All good. The sides are now outstanding, especially the bbq beans (with bits of shredded brisket... More

We went in on Sunday afternoon and enjoyed really good BBQ! The ribs were very juice and the family packs really satisfied for a good price. I'll be back to try the BBQ spud because they ran out before I got there...really good sign about the kind of food they have :)

Friendly service, great food at a good price! I bought brisket, smoked turkey and pulled pork to enjoy at home. Sides were ample in size and delicious, too! Loved that I didn't have to cook that night!!

Heard a lot about this place so thought I would give it a try. Welcomed by no one at the counter. When I left no one was at the counter The young lady who did serve me when she appeared had NO customer service skills at all or personality. You want us to come to your restaurant like it is... More

After a day out with the kids we decided to stop off in Kyle and thought we'd try out one of the best places to eat in town. We weren't disappointed. I would recommend the brisket and any of the well made sides. The kids were satisfied too which is a true measure of achievement.
