We had great French toast with fruit on it, my husband had eggs and pancakes. Food was great. Pancakes are so light and fluffy.

Although this location has not been around for 30 years, it is my favorite IHOP location. Regardless, of which location, the food is always consistent. No matter what I order or how I order it, the food is always wonderful and the service is always great too! IHOP is sometimes a little more pricey than your average stop for breakfast... More

I have been to IHOP several times. The pancakes are pretty good and so are the omelettes. They don't really offer much for healthy options. I think I saw two items on the menu that were a healthy option. The fresh fruit I got as a side was a very small portion and not very fresh. I'm pretty sure most... More

We ate at the IHOP on University-row. This is obviously an older restaurant and parking is difficult, but once you're in you'll be very pleasantly surprised. The omelet's are excellent, the crepes are thin and tasty and the coffee is good and plentiful. Service is excellent!

Please people DO NOT EAT HERE! Long wait to get seated took 30 minutes. When we finally get seated and they gave us our menus we thought they was never going to come back and take our order. We ordered our food and drinks and they told us they did not have ice for the drinks. While waiting now about... More

Do not waste your money on this IHOP. Bad customer service, long wait, food is cold and always wrong. The waitress never checks back on you. Charge for refills, disgusting bathroom!!! You can complain to the manager, but he could care less. The corporate office needs to check how poor the management and staff are neglecting this restaurant and customers.

Waitress was not personable and couldn't get our order right. Brought potatoes with meal when mashed potatoes were requested. Took plate to kitchen and literally squashed the potatoes a little and brought them back to table. Not quite mashed potatoes.

We had been traveling all day and were really hungry for a great breakfast at 8 p.m. The service and food both exceeded our expectations! The pancakes and omelet were exceptional. The pumpkin flavored coffee was an added treat. We were in and out with a great feeling and most satisfied!

Dirty place to eat ...they sat us down and we noticed a cockroach crawling on the syrup plus floor was also very dirty. We advised employee and they just didn't care. Also restrooms were filthy both men & women-bad smell. Not sure health inspectors don't shout down this place. Will never eat at either IHOP's in Lubbock TX.

Always love the pancakes. Right in front of several hotels, so easy to walk to. Stopped in for breakfast on our way out of town. Staff very pleasant and food is made to order.
