In the whole of my life I have never been charged to use the toilets of any place where I am having a meal or drink. If however you are OK at being charged €1 every time you go to the toilet, then the Casa Juan may be for you. For me, I'll never set foot in the place again.

Some confusion here I think as 2 different bars being reviewed. Casa Juan in the Yumbo is perfect late afternoon. Sit in the sun (any time of year) and enjoy a couple (or more) drinks at reasonable prices and watch the world go by. The young girl who works most days (forgotten the name) is really pleasant - always a... More

We were told about this bar as the drinks are cheap. Only €2.70 for a gin and tonic. An excellent g& t too , the tonic is served separately in a bottle as, I believe, it should be.The best value in the yumbo centre. You can sit and watch the world go by and the staff are very friendly

I know what you're thinking. Does Juan work at Casa Juan. The answer, I'm pretty sure, is yes (as my girlfriend believed she heard one of the female staff call him that). Both me and my girlfriend decided to eat here after walking the whole length of the main promenade and being enticed by the roast chicken cooking on a... More

There are a lot of cafes and restaurants along the beach in Playa Del Ingles but we chose Casa Juan because of its fantastic view over the sand dunes and we were not mithered into eating there unlike some others. Being on a budget we chose the half roast chicken, chips and salad option for just E3.95. Wonderfully cooked and... More

We chose Casa Juan because it had a good view of the dunes and it did paella for one - something we'd been looking for for a while since I love seafood paella but the girlfriend can't stand it. The paella was average - but at least it was freshly cooked. The girlfriend had lamb chops - which were the... More
