We ordered brisket and turkey. They were both decent. And the sides were ok. This is not a fancy place, nor is it meant to be. It wasn't anything worth writing home about. It was just ok.

I love Granzins! The service is quick (even when there is a line) and the food is delicious. I always order the turkey sandwich. They get their bread at a local bakery and it is absolutely wonderful, slightly grilled. The sandwich comes with sauce, pickles, and onions but just ask if you don't want any of those. My kids love... More

We were in town for my wife's Christmas craft show and this was recommended. We had a sliced BBQ sandwich with home made fries and great coleslaw. The BBQ sauce was very good.

I have been here a few times and it has always been less than impressive. The bbq tastes like fast food bbq. Brisket dried out , chicken stringy, sides items aren't great and for the amount of food you get it is expensive. Only reason to go is the tea is quite good.

We wanted to grab some dinner before we left New Braunfels so we thought this place looked good. We were wrong! My boyfriend and I both got the Chopped Brisket Sandwich- a simple meal, right? I don't know if it was the meat or the BBQ sauce, but it was awful, probably the worst sandwich I've ever had. Even the... More

First recommendation: JALAPENO CHEDDER SAUSAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very Tasty. Sometimes we go too late to pick up bbq and they are out because it's so good. They have fabolous potato salad, brisket, chicken, and chopped bbq sandwiches. Eat inside if you can, they keep their BBQ sauce warm in a pot.

Hard to park (noon on a Wednesday) but only a short wait to order. You order at the counter, so decide quick! Self serve drinks, paper towels on each table as napkins. My son loved the saddle chair/stool. My husband also said the chopped beef sandwich was the best he'd ever had...and generally doesn't like btw.

I enjoy a really tasty bar-b-q brisket sandwich and Granzins version is pretty hard to beat. The meat is well smoked and thin sliced and served on a bun that (I think) comes from their own bakery. You pile on the pickles, onions, jalapeños,sauce and you have it.
