Great options for local good food at reasonable prices. Local cafes offer very tasty menus and will cook your fish in excellent taste

I came here with my 2 grandparents (in their 90s). For under $20 we had 3 cups of Coffee (+refills), and omelet, yummy biscuits and gravy, and two orders of the egg, sausage, potatoes and toast special. The place itself is an unlikely diamond in the rough, and we all thought it was great!

A local favorite so you know it's good. Good food and service. Small and average atmosphere. Try it and enjoy.

The Staff here is Great. They will help you in anyway. I am not a local so we were looking for a place to eat and enjoy everything. We found the Place in this little restaurant.

Nice local restaurant. The waiter, Steve was so entertaining. He lived in Iowa before moving here. I had an omelet special with hash browns and toast. My dad had the pancakes. Pancakes are huge! Enjoyed conversation with the Justice of the Peace from Port Isabel.

We tried Fisherman's Cafe based on other reviews on Trip Advisor. WTH??? This place serves frozen seafood. If not frozen, definitely not fresh. And, it didn't taste wild caught. Upon arriving, I asked about a couple of the items on the menu board. I was told a certain platter contained oysters, fish, shrimp and stuffed crab. But "He didn't buy... More

Fisherman's is great little family spot. Delicious home-cooked pastries and great breakfast. Can't wait to vacation at SPI again so that we can go back to Fisherman's.

Whenever I have a craving for biscuits and gravy I come here. Its a family run business and it feels like mom and dad are cooking just for you. If Steve is there and offers the giant cinnamon try it and there other delicious pastries.
