Friends recommended this place and we were not disappointed. Staff was courteous and engaging. The quiche was delicious and the folks enjoyed their barbeque ribs. Salad bar was ample and fresh. Would like to sample dinner before we head north. Did not see any off-street parking, but we had no problem finding a space nearby.

Had the lunch special. Ribs just fell off the bone. Only down was the parking. Has only street parking that we could see. We did lunch and found one easily. Dinner might be different. Food and service was excellent.

We stopped here on our way home from a camping trip and were so pleased with everything. The service was very friendly and efficient, and everything tasted great. While I'm partial to my grandmother's chicken 'n' dumplings, these were a close second, and my husband loved his chicken fried steak. Our kids' favorite was the pecan pie, but we didn't... More

Good restaurants in small towns are hard to find, and, because of limited populations, they often don't survive. We've been taking the 30 minute drive from our bay house to this gem for several years. We have never been disappointed. It's a great lunch place with excellent burgers, and even better for dinner. We're partial to their fried shrimp, but... More

As I entered restaurant the staff was very friendly and clean. The food was delicious I ordered a chicken fried steak with vegetables. It was well cooked not burnt or over cooked. My son ordered a chicken fried chicken and he also stated it was very good... Great place to eat..

This restaurant has homemade pies and home made ding dongs. They have seafood, steaks, pork chops, meatloaf. I've eaten there many times and everything was delicious.

The salad bar was fresh and tasty. Steaks were not thick but they had a good flavor. Many fresh pies to choose from. We tried the coconut cream by with whipped cream and it was wonderful!

I'm not normally a fan of fried appetizers, but we ordered the fried pickles and I'm a fan now. They were fantastic. I'll have to limit my trips here because I'm going to want them every time. The salad bar is on the small side, but everything looked very fresh. My husband had the BBQ special and I had the... More

The food is good, fresh-tasting, and a good variety. I do feel they are overpriced on some things. The sides that come with a meal are limited to just one vegetable. The desserts are good.
