I last visited Sushi-sake many years ago and for some reason had not returned. Now that my son is interested in food other than chicken a french fries, we decided to make a return visit. It was every bit as good as I remembered, maybe more so. Really excellent sushi and sashimi, lively atmosphere and great variety of sakes. We... More

I love this restaurant. Be prepared for a little wait. The food is amazing. Nice atmosphere too. It actually reminds me of eating in Japan.

Dined solo at the sushi bar for lunch. They do have a lunch menu and bento box specials. Their sushi is always fresh and expertly prepared. Their menu items are very good also. Try the scallop appetizer-delicious.

If you like sushi and you are near Richardson then DO COME here. I arrived at 8:30pm on a Saturday and was able to get a seat at the sushi bar, which apparently is not common without a wait (this was just before Thanksgiving). By non-Texas sushi restaurant standards this place is massive... I counted 6 or 7 sushi chefs... More

I have been going here for over 3 years and it is consistently great! Atmosphere is traditionally authentic. If you have a larger group book the back room for a authentic Japanese experience. A must go for anyone new or visiting Dallas.

I have been to this restaurant several times since I have been in Dallas. The quality of the food is excellent, the atmosphere nice and authentic, the service great. The quality/price excellent is very high. I recommend it to people who really like good Japanese food.

The setting inside the restaurant is classy and unique - you feel like you're in New York and not Richardson Texas. This is some of the best sushi in Dallas, but the staff knows it. They are packed every night, and when you walk in there's definitely an attitude from both of the owners (husband/wife?) that it doesn't matter if... More

I have been coming here for years. Sushi is always fresh and delicious. Quantities can be confusing so make sure you know how much/little you are ordering.

This is THE best sushi in Texas. You MUST sit at the sushi bar to fully appreciate the skill involved in the making of the best sushi you will ever put in your mouth. All of the chefs are talented and friendly. Find your favorite and become a regular. Don't forget to buy them a beer to show your appreciation.
