I have ate at many Cracker Barrels around the Country and most are pretty good, however the biggest issue I see at the Round Rock location is that their Service and Food are not consistent. You can go in sometimes and have a great experience, and other times, Food does not come out right, Asking for something like extra butter... More

Stopped into this hotel since it was next to our hotel. Nice and convenient while the staff was excellent, friendly and attentive. The food is very good and "just like my mom used to make". Nice restaurant and well managed.

It is just another Cracker Barrel, with good service from nice people wearing four stars on their aprons. The food seemed rather flavorless, to the point that I could make it better in my own kitchen. CB has a tough time competing with IHOP when it comes to flavors.

Get there early or plan on rocking in the chairs out front unless they are all taken.....or plan to shop in the country store. Although crowded most of the time once sat the service is excellent and they get the food out fast. You never walk away hungry and the baked apples are excellent. If you are watching your calories... I love going to Cracker Barrel. My son and I go there and play a game of checkers on the front porch, loser buys lunch! ( I'm usually buying). The food is good home cooking and a great value for the money. We like the fact you can get breakfast anytime of the day. When I was working as a... More

What more could you ask for: prompt service and good food. Typical Cracker Barrel experience. You know what you are going to get as far as atmosphere is concerned. We were seated promptly. Good variety of menu selections. Had the Swiss steak and the sirloin with three sides and both were very good. Server, Susan, was very personable and attentive.... More

I had not been to a cracker barrel in ages. This was just as good as I remembered. I was alone so it took 5 minutes on a Sunday morning to get seated. Biscuits and gravy with side of sausage were very good. service was very good. Catherine told me she has worked there 17 years. That says something about... More

Great home-style cooking. Breakfast is my favorite here but the lunch/dinner choices are good too. Just don't order breakfast food long after breakfast is over... It's not so fresh anymore. But otherwise, always love going. Take a few minutes to browse in their unique shop. Some interesting stuff!

The food is tasteless and takeouts are incomplete even though you repeat back what want. The prices are not worth it.
