The food was delicious. I had the Guiso plate and the portion was big. The prices are reasonable. We were a family of 6 and we only paid $50. This was our first time there and our waitress was very informative and polite. It is a great place to eat and kid friendly.

This is the place to go for great Mexican food in San Angelo. Start with homemade chips and salsa. Then chose from all the usual Tex-Mex dishes you have learned to enjoy in Texas. I always enjoy the chicken enchiladas, but don't overlook the shrimp diablo or sizzling fajitas. Be sure to come often and try all the other great... More

Visited on a Friday evening. Clean restaurant. Place was filled up but still was able to get us to a table without much wait. Standard Tex-Mex menu. Ordered chicken fried steak. Very sizable portion. Took up about half the plate. Others in my party ordered guiso, which was tender and not overly spicy. Chips and salsa provide. White sauce is a... More

This is your typical Tex-Mex experience. The place is huge so the wait isn't very long, even when the lobby is full. We came in with an entire baseball team and parents (about 50 of us) and I will say that the wait staff helping us did a great job considering the size of our group. There were a few... More

But the food was just so-so. Mid-range Tex-Mex. Decent. But not memorable. We'd choose another place next time.

I ate here twice during a visit to San Angelo - once for happy hour, then again with a big group. Service and food were great both times. Good standard types of Mexican food and cold margaritas! TIP: if you have a large group, ask to be seated in one of the back rooms - you wouldn't know it is... More

Many locals rave about Henry's, so my wife and I gave it a shot, twice. The food and service are mediocre at best, with much of the restaurant's culinary focus and staff being spread amongst many tables in a fairly cramped atmosphere. If you want an okay experience at about $10 per person/entree, give it a shot. We probably won't... More
