Checking in since my last review and the food, drinks and atmosphere are still near the top for SPI! This time I had the shrimp Veracruz and it was one of the best. Lots of nice size shrimp in a slightly strong tomato sauce. Could have had another and called it a night. Went back with the favorite, 1/2 order... More

The ambiance was nice but the food and service...not so much. My boyfriend and I both ordered the fish tacos- his blackened, mine grilled. They both came out looking and tasting the same. The fish was cooked well, but lacked in flavor. The calamari was heavily breaded and overcooked. Our waitress seemed to dissapear time and time again, so we... More

As always great food. Must stop when visiting SPI. this is the "locals" hangout. The seafood platter for 4 has the perfect mix of seafood variety.

Went to hear Lesley play and had lunch while we were there. Leskey was terrific. My husband had the chowder. Lits of clams, good flavor, but quite thick. I had calamari. It was not greasy. Our friend had the stuffed shrimp. She liked them. Ger husband had the burger with frys. He said the burger was good but the frys... More

Excellent coconut shrimp special on Wednesdays, love the sauce! Awesome outdoor, some shady, seating overlooking the Laguna Madre. They also cook your fresh caught fish and did a great job. Live music some days..fun place

We had a good lunch here and enjoyed both the food and setting. It's right on the water!!! Don't order the full order of Nachos unless you have 10people. It's huge and tasty!!! The $10 fish tacos were all delicious. This place has docks for boats so it was fun to see people arriving and leaving the restaurant from their... More

Visited on a weekend when the motor cycles were in town - 5,000 of them. Searched for a dog friendly place on the water we could get into. This was a good find! I had an oyster po-boy and my companion a shrimp dish. Both were very good as were the margaritas. They brought a bowl of water for our... More

This is always a must-stop spot when I'm in SPI. They usually have live music in the afternoons/evenings. I always go for their ceviche - no matter the fish they are serving in it - and also some oysters on the half shell. The last batch I had was with Basa, and was delicious.

The food and drinks are good here. Service, not so much. We came to have a drink and basically were kicked out because we didn't order food! Yea, that said, last year we got a drink and sat on the amazing pier and watch dolphins and such come in. Fun place as long as you order food too!
