I love this place. The people are friendly and the food is great. We love everything we've tried. The salmon is delicious, as is the vegetarian plate. A very nice neighborhood restaurant.

I was there with a church group for a men's lunch. You order and get a number. The food is then brought to your table. The food arrived in a slightly slow fashion. I had a specialty hamburger and it was good. Others had more ethnic food and it arrived faster. The place was quite full and loud. The staff... More

A quite pleasant atmosphere with an interesting American/Greek fusion menu. Counter service by really nice people who will remember you every time you walk in the door.

Whether you like Mediterranean or American cuisine, the restaurant is always a busy place for lunch. Food is tasty and served quickly. Staff is friendly and you can get a healthy lunch for less than $10.

My wigs end I went there based on advice from friends. We both ordered the gyro and regretted it. The quality is not as good as Niko Nikos on Montrose. The lettuce on the gyro was warm and wilted. The grilled onions did not add to the flavor. Raw onions would have been better. regrettThTheeThe quality and taste was not

The food is all right, tasty. But everything is a la cart and I don't like to be adding up the bill as I order.

We were looking for a restaurant and came across the Red Oak Grill. Sounds semi fancy but it is more of a sandwich style place (Gyro) With that, we did have lamb Kabobs and there were better than expected.

The first time I went I ordered a Gyro and the pita was hard on the ends like it was stale and couldn't eat it. Another time I ordered the chicken pannini and I got a toasted roll and no pannini bread. Disappointing. If I wasn't there with business associates, I would have returned my food.

I've been there during lunch hour and dinner hour, I think it specializes in Greek food, but it has a variety, the burgers are big and juicy and they have a great catfish meal.

This little cafe serves all your expected lunch favorites (burgers, sandwiches) along with middle eastern fare. The hamburger I had was hand made and pretty good. The service was a little slow, but sitting outside in nice weather made the time go by faster.

Thank Tony H

Dined here today, so it's open. I've been here several times in the last year and a half - darn good, and worth a review. Thanks !
