The food is excellent, wait times could improve and cleanliness could be better... Gets crowded at lunch time .....

I have been eating here once a week for a couple of years now. They prepare everything well. Green enchiladas are superior, the steaks are real and chewy, the fajitas are super. One order is enough for three people. And the wait staff is excellent.

You can tell the locals eat here. I had the #1 carne asada with homemade flour tortillas. Best charro beans that I have ever had and I have lived in Texas for 46 years!!

Been here a bunch of times and I have not been disappointed. The prices are getting to be at the top end for this type of lunch. The for is good and the place is quite busy at lunch everyday. The soups are very good. The specials are always worth a try if you a a little bit of an... More

The big room is pretty plain but does the trick. Bathrooms are average. Service is quick and perfunctory. Huge sweet teas are served. We were visiting Texas as snowbirds from Minnesota. As such we were not familiar with Tex Mex food and many things on the menu didn't sound like California Mexican, either. What an adventure! The first time I... More

This place was ok. Not the best Mexican food I've ever had but not the worst. The staff was very friendly. I think in this town it is probably one of the better places to eat.

Fun small town atmosphere, warm-hearted staff, fast service. Definitely seemed to be the best place to stop in town. And very good deal, price-wise. This was the one on Main Street.

We ate breakfast 2 mornings in a row. Great service with a smile, great prices. Good variety on menu. Food was served hot and quick!

Confusion started when we saw two restaurants with the same name. Clarification is they are "sister" restaurants. The original location is on Hwy 90 and the new one is on Hwy 83 North, headed out of town. We selected the busier location, thinking it must be the better of the two. The chips and salsa were okay, not very spicy.... More
