El Charro is pretty good. Mostly standard local Mexican food. They have really good chips and salsa and very reasonably priced lunch specials. A nice place. Check the hours, because I think they are only open for lunch and dinner.
My go to place for breakfast when I am in Waco. Easy to get too and never much traffic in that area. Restaurant is always busy though, with mostly locals, so you know it is good! The wait staff does an outstanding job...even when crowded....More
The food is delicious, and the prices are great! Everything I have had is piping hot and fresh. We go at least twice a week. Their breakfasts, lunches and dinners can't be beat!
