The food and beverage choices are very good here. The service however is not so great. The slow forgetful staff is frustrating.

A friend and I met for brunch during spring break in Waco which was approximately halfway. I chose this restaurant after reading reviews. I was shocked at how limited the brunch menu was. At the suggestion of the server I tried the avocado and egg dish. The first issue was that my mealb(and her side of bacon) was served WAAY... More
Located in the Hotel Indigo, this little gem was a great find. The waiter was awesome: friendly and hospitable. We loved chatting with him while he served us. He was attentive and anticipated our needs with everything we could ask for. I like that. He even asked if there were any food allergies that we had. NO ONE has asked... More
Brazos Bar & Grill is a great, friendly upscale bar inside the Indigo Hotel in downtown Waco. The food is outstanding. This is not your typical hotel fare. The green chili queso is killer as is the coconut shrimp. Chicken nachos and avocado tacos are favorites. Chicken Montelongo, chicken breast stuffed with baby spinach and Buffalo mozzarella topped with shiitake... More

My sister and I had a road trip to Waco and decided to try the Brazos Bar & Bistro. We went to Magnolia Market & asked the trolley driver to take us to the Indigo Hotel. Our server, Stephanee, was awesome and helpful. My sister loved her bison burger and grilled vegetables and stayed on her strict diet. This decadent... More

The food was great and so was the atmosphere! It is located inside the Hotel Indigo where we stayed. It's also down the street and a quick walk to Magnolia Homes Silos and the show Fixer Upper on HGTV!
Hello Karey, Thank you for such a wonderful review and great rating! We are delighted that you stayed with us while visiting Waco, and even more delighted that you had a chance to visit the Brazos Bar & Bistro. We would love to see you back soon! Sincerely, More
We stopped in for an early lunch after despairing of getting inside the nearby but overcrowded Magnolia Market at the Silos, and were pleasantly impressed. The food was good and the decor is nice, though the space is very open - basically just an arm of the hotel lobby. Their wine list was adequate, though disappointingly sparse with Texas vintages... Really enjoyed lunch at this interesting restaurant. The atmosphere is open and casual, as it is basically off the lobby of the Hotel Indigo. The menu includes many options with avocado, which is a refreshing change. Everything was delicious and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. The only drawback is that they have music playing generally in the background... More
A new discovery for my wife and I. Breakfast salsa was on her avocado and eggs meal was delicious. I had the crunchy French toast which as also good.
