No lines on a Thursday afternoon lunch. Good burgers, sweet potato fries and frido pie. Quaint Cafe atmosphere.

Took our out-of-town friends for a late lunch and sat outside, since it was a sunny day. Reuben-sequel sandwich was excellent, as was the Reuben. Chicken-fried chicken was great and squash casserole was inspired. Jessica was very attentive, even though she was busy. Lucky us, they still had rhubarb pie, always a treat. Fun visit on a beautiful afternoon.
We stood in line for a few minutes while staff also stood around...the people waiting behind us left after about 5 minutes. We waited about another 3-5 minutes before deciding we'd go somewhere that wanted our business. It was just so weird. There was plenty of seating and yet the hostess just milled about the restaurant. She at one point... More

Dropped by for a late afternoon snack. Ordered the nachos deluxe. These were spot on! Huge serving of some of the best I've eaten. Lots of cheese, meat, and fresh tomatoes. I'm not a big fan of Mexican food but after these nachos, I may change my mind. Yummy! Service was great and cafe was charming. Had a window seat... More

We stopped for lunch. Chicken fried steak Cobb salad burgers and fries. We also ordered 2 rhubarb pies to pick up on our way back in 2 days. We've done this before and have never been disappointed.
This a great place for breakfast or lunch all the food that is made is made to order. The French toast is good the blueberry pancakes and eggs are wonderful. The biscuits are homemade and the omelett are filling. I suggest you make time for this place to eat cause it maybe pretty busy for breakfast don't be in a... More
