I love this place because it gives you the content for Burritos without the calories of the shell. They also post the calories so it is a great place for weight watchers.

I love this Rubios. Clean, management is Awesome. FOOD IS SUPER GOOD. Obviously you'll come for the fish tacos, but venture out and try their other options too, you can't go wrong. I love Rubios b/c they offer at lease SOMETHING, for all the picky eaters in my family. Brother who loves steak - Steak burrito. Sister that is allergic... More

one word. Fish TAcos! (okay, that was 2 words) The portions are on the smaller side. The chip and salsa are OK. the rice is OK. but the fish tacos are delicious.

I always forget why I haven't been to Rubio's recently, but then remember its because the quantity of food for the price isn't the greatest. The food is excellent, but the enchiladas are tiny.

Brought a colleague here as I grew up in SoCal loving Rubio's. She was very pleased with the flavor and quality of the meal. Glad to see that the committment to quality is still intact here, eventhough they are a long way from "home". Overall, a clean restaurant, friendly service and good food. Definitely would recommend.

The fish is decent, but there are very few good menu items, and the sauces all taste very similar. Not much flavor compared to other similar restaurants.

The food was excellent and the service was fast. They have daily specials and the fish tacos were excellent. We will certainly visit Rubio's again.

I went here with my daughter on a Friday evening there was about 6:30. There were about five people in the store. The wait was about thirty minutes to get the food. Everyone else got there food before us as well as some people who were there after us. It was very expensive for what you got. I paid $21... More

I'm in love with Chimichurri Salmon! This was the best new-flavor fish taco...and I love fish tacos. I suggest you get two of these while they are available. I would have eaten them three meals in a row if I could have talked my family into it.

This is a chain restaurant in a shopping center. The clerks were friendly and the food was okay, nothing special. It was expensive for the amount of food you got. I had a fish taco with mahi mahi. The piece of fish was about the size of my middle finger, I had to move the scant amount of toppings to... More

Description
The first restaurant was opened in 1983 in San Diego by Ralph Rubio and his father, Ray, who started the fish taco phenomenon that spread across the nation. Today, Rubio’s menu has grown from The Original Fish Taco® to include additional chef-crafted seafood recipes that feature shrimp, wild salmon and ono. In addition to sustainable seafood, Rubio’s offers chargrilled chicken and steak, fresh made guacamole and salsas and sauces that are prepared daily.
