A nice variety of food, including being able to cook at the table. The service was delightful and helpful. The food was very good. We all had a great time.

Wow! Hot pot Shabu Shabu and a big steaming bowl of Pho after a cold day really hit the spot! We loved the lively and interactive counter in the middle of the room filled with amazing smells of hot pot! I had the Kobe beef pho and the meat was delicate and flavorful broth was rich and developed. Service was... More

Beautifully run small restaurant with the tastiest Vietnamese food this side of the world. Having experienced this country's cuisine first hand that is always prepared with the freshest ingredients, I have to say this restaurant's kitchen runs a close second to dining in Hanoi and Saigon. The service is superb, with expert guidance on how to enjoy your meal using... More

I had never been to a hot pot style dinner but what a delicious and fun evening this was! We ordered the signature "shabu shabu"(swish swish, our server told us) of beef, lamb, scallops, chicken and shrimp. It came with veggies, rice and thick noodles. The end result after cooking and eating your meats and veggies is a nice, hot... More

After a hard day of skiing nothing better than some shabu shabu or pho. Very pleasant dining environment, with plenty of parking and easy access to 80. Really enjoyed ourselves

I always visit Shabu-Shabu when, I'm in Kimball Junction. Try shabu-shabu, awesome food, plenty of other Japanese dishes but my favorite is shabu-shabu.

I love how every time we go it has been a really good experience. I've tried many dishes here and always tend to mix and match, not sticking to one meal. Whether you are solo, a couple or a group of 6 the dining experience has always been welcoming and the food pretty dang good. As a local, this our... More

We went in looking for sushi. None here. There are individual pots of water at each place setting & you pick what you want & it goes into pot. Food is cooked by you & then you scoop it out & put on rice.

I have eaten at Shabu Shabu three times now, once for lunch and twice for dinner. After my first visit, I introduced my wife, two sons, and a friend to the place. It was a first for everyone and they all loved it. Amanda and the other staff are wonderful in explaining the food prep process. The only complaint one... More
