This is one of Bill White's 6 restaurants in Park City. They are all great (probably all in the top 10 restaurants in this town of many good restaurants). Chimayo is my personal favorite. We have had many meals there; they have wonderful Southwest food....More

We had a large group of fourteen adults and four children and the service was excellent and every dish tasted great. Best restaurant of the five we ate at while in Park City. Very diversified menu and all special requests were satisfied.

Had a good meal here this summer. Their signature margarita didn't taste like any alcohol as in it, sub par from the start. We asked for chicken fajitas not on the menu and the chef did a great job, great flavors!!! Everyone loved their dinner,...More

Description
Step through the door, and you’ll think you stepped across the border. Festive lighting, wrought iron detail, Southwestern throw pillows in each booth and an authentic Mexican tile floor create this fabulous illusion. Start with a signature Chimayo Margarita, a local’s favorite. Don’t miss the dipping sauce that’s served with the fresh baked bread. Favorites include the Crown Roast of Barbecue Spareribs with a chipotle and caramelized pineapple glaze served with buttermilk whipped potatoes and Dos Equis beer-battered onion rings. The Mexican Chocolate Fondue for four served with a tureen of melted espresso-cinnamon chocolate with dipping favorites of cinnamon sugar churros, peanut butter cookies, Mexican wedding cookies, banana, pineapple, and seasonal berries is sure to finish this delectable experience with a warm cozy feeling.
