This little restaurant has a low profile entrance, basically a door, but take the plunge and walk down the stairs to find one of the best restaurants in Park City, especially for sushi. We had the chef special - hot pot which was served in a clay pot filled with grilled lobster and vegetables, followed by another chef special -... More

Sat at the bar as it was a busy night. The food all looked and tasted amazing! Ended up ordering way too much as it was all delicious. Highly recommend 👍🏽

Ate here on recent ski trip. Food pretty good overall, though special lobster hotpot a bit tasteless. Ordered Sashimi - this came last which was a bit odd. Wagyu really excellent. Quite expensive but enjoyable atmosphere. Didn't try sushi.

We went to Shabu on a Saturday night in January. Even though it was between the busiest times of Christmas and the Sundance film festival, it was still hard to get a reservation for 6 people, so plan ahead and make your reservation early. It's worth the extra effort, because the food is great. We started with a few small... More

The sushi was the best I've had anywhere in Utah and the hot bowl where you make your own broth then make soup after soup is wonderful.

We just enjoyed our second visit to Shabu, and it still remains the best restaurant we have found in Park City. It is pretty small so you will need to book a table weeks in advance during high season if you don't want to eat at 9:30pm. The menu consists of many options you can mix and match. I am... More

Great little place. Reservations suggested. Service is good, not great .The plates were not served all at the same time, which was a little disappointing. Miso Cod melts in your mouth, Ramen bowl had little flavor and the scallop appetizer was like half a scallop on a nacho chip with salsa. Only thing that made this look and taste fancy... More

One of our favorite restaurants in Park City. You have to try the firecracker shrimp! Everything there is great. We have been there probably a dozen times over the years. You won't go wrong.

We had a good size group of 9 so we kind of took up the whole place. The food and drink were excellent. The pot stickers were cooked just right and the dim sum as well. A must try is the molten chocolate cake.
