We ordered a mix of Mexican (tostadas) Salvadorian food (papusas). While the helpings were of decent size each of us (5) had the impression that the seasoning of the meats: beef in papusas and chicken in the tostadas was lacking.

We love Mexican food and El Mexsal never disappoints us! Between the tostada, tacos, burritos, and pupusas you can't go wrong! The free chips and salsa they give you when you dine in are awesome as well. We love eating here.

Loved it! This place is new for us and has a unique taste that was different than other Mexican style restaurants. Loved the pupusas. I like saucey and cheese and that definitely defines their dishes. Excited to add this place to the lunch rotation.
This place has nice, fresh, inexpensive Pupusas. Not much on ambiance, but definitely authentic Latin American fast food/cafeteria feel.
