A walk up place your order and watch as they prepare your selections. I enjoy their salad combinations. They have a fill your own soda fountain drink. As you reach the end of the isle you pay and pickup your order. Their seating is all open with outside tables.

When I'm in the mood for fresh mex, this is my restaurant of choice. My favorites are the small sweet pork salad and the small grilled veggies salad priced at around $6 (which are actually quite big). I have had other dishes too that were great! Love that the guac and sour cream comes free with the salad. I've spoken... More

Durangos is for everyone; on any afternoon you'll rub shoulders with all ages; at noon the local high schools take their lunch there. They love the burangos while I, a senior citizen prefer the salad in a taco bowl. Marinated beef, chicken, or veggie. Their green dressing is marvelous, refills at the drink counter are free and the fare is... More

We love the food here, and eat here often. There are obviously similar restaurants around, but here the crowds are typically much less at Durango's, and we like the taste much more, as well as the value! My favorite is the veggie salad with half pinto and half black beans, and the lime rice, with the spicy tomatillo dressing. Yum!

This is absolutely my most favorite place to grab a bite in town. It is super popular (at least for college aged kids) and there is almost never a time when it is dead, even in the middle of the day. They have such great, fresh, well-prepared food that it always leaves you wanting more afterwards. Personally, I think their... More

The meal sizes were fair to generous. They ran out of meat right in the middle of the dinner hour. Like they were surprised we all showed up for dinner. Not good planning, causing the line to back up out the door. Too much water in the beans caused my meal to become a soup. Flavors were mediocre to bland.... More

There used to be a Durangos location where my wife & I went to college, and we miss it sorely. When we were down in St. George for a weekend, we were determined to go. They no longer carried Barq's Red Cream Soda! So that was disappointing. But the food was still just as good. It's done in the style... More

Many options, good price, wonderful taste! It is hands down the best Mexican you can get from a chain!
