The only place in NEK we go for breakfast. There hash is homemade and amazing. I always get the pancakes with real VT maple syrup.

We used to frequent Parson's Corner a lot. Then it took a dive when another cook took over to give Dave some free time. After that nosedive, it looked like things were improving with Dave at the helm again. Today was an absolute debacle. One waitress, who couldn't manage to get folks seated. Six people (3 individual couples) were waiting... More

We dropped in for lunch on a rainy day while staying at nearby Crystal Lake. Rustic, casual, and welcoming. M had breakfast for lunch, I had pastrami. Both meals were good. A nice country spot for lunch.

We waited over 15 minutes between getting our drinks and our order being taken. The table next to us were given hot water for their tea and never brought tea bags. Eggs and over cooked bacon. Definitely not worth what we paid but only place around.

Good food, good price and they have displays of local artists. It's a fun place to eat and the servers are friendly.

I sometimes have breakfast meetings at Parsons Corner because the home style cooking is good and the atmosphere is pleasant, service is good too!

This restaurant is really cozy. Closed on Tuesday. You can get breakfast from 500 am to 200pm. I came in at 11am and got the special. It was a philly, I don't like onions so I substituted mushrooms (normally called a zepher) and they used a white real cheese. Fries cooked in oil, nice!!!! A real good experience and chef... More

This place is a great find. The service always comes with a smile and is expedient. I have had many breakfasts and lunches there and have never been disappointed. They have great specials as well. It's in a converted house which adds even more charm. Frequented by locals so you know it's good!

We stopped here for lunch before crossing the border into Canada on our way to Montreal. Kids picked this one based on online reviews. Very affordable basic breakfast and lunch fare. Tasty and made with quality local goods, fresh local bread, carved turkey meat, etc.

Thank Charles G
