My wife and I were looking for a new place to eat lunch, and both of us LOVE good barbecue. After reading the reviews we figured Top of the Hill would be an absolute no-brainer, however, that wasn't the case. I ordered the 1/4-chicken lunch...More

Mostly outdoor eating at picnic tables. Order at the shack and pick up. Not pricy and food is good. Ribs are my favorite and my wife likes the fish tacos. There Is a small indoor spot if weather is iffy.

First tip of the season and it did not disappoint. Had a vegetarian steve-o which was very tasty. Kids had their naked mac and cheese, equally good with a nice crust on top of it. The side of roasted root veggies was well seasoned and...More

It was a cold windy day with a little snow in the air. We pulled up to what appears like a little food shack offering only take-out or outside picnic table seating. We were traveling and decided to find another place to eat. We asked...More

try to stop in every time I drove up to VT at food time. Unfortunately, its only open seasonally and not the winter season. The Bar-B-Q is certainly the best.v

Love the burnt ends. The baked beans are also fabulous. We always have a great experience. It is worth waiting in line for and it's a great place to bring friends visiting the area.

This BBQ place is not open year round. Come back in the spring when they reopen. You will not be disappointed. Food is always great. Indoor seating if it is still cold. We've been going here for years. Never disappointed. Beef brisket is better than...More

Thanks so much Cape Traveler! It is always nice to hear that we have happy, satisfied customers even when we are closed "See ya" in the Spring. Jon Julian

We stopped by because of the great reviews, but they were closed even though the website said they were open. The placed looked completely empty. Call first before stopping!

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We have always been a seasonal business closing at the end of October. Our web site should have reflected that. If you are in our area next Spring, stop by and lunch is "on the house". Jon Julian
