Enjoyed watching the talented waitstaff make and brick oven cook our custom flatbreads. Work the money and very unique.

Spent the weekend in town and I have to say that this was one of my favoritite places during our visit. Service was very fast and attentive. Great local beer on tap. My salad special was to die for -- fresh local tomatoes and burrata...More

Enjoyed the pizza and the house brewed beer. Service was good. Sat in a nice area outside the restaurant on a beautiful Burlington day!

We went here for dinner based on a recommendation from a shop nearby, and decent reviews. However, I'm not sure we'd recommend going out of your way to eat here. It's perfectly fine pizza, just nothing better than anything you'd get anywhere else. We didn't...More

The food was average, the menu extremely limited, and the service slow and panicked. There is tremendous buzz surrounding all the locations this restaurant has, and it can be very difficult to get in, as reservations are only taken for large parties. I can't argue...More

Loved everything about American Flatbread. The gorgeous exposed brick dining room, the huge wood-burning stove and of course the food! I ordered the Medicine Wheel, which was light and delicious. Paired well with Citizen Cider's Dirty Mayor. Our server was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.

Had a good overall experience, server wasmgood but not too friendly, it took an hour for her to become more sensitive to our needs. Food was priced properly based on cost. Has veggie pizza - decent amount of toping - recommended to family.

Get here early and avoid the lines/wait. If you do, it's a good time. We went here for dinner, arrived early, and were seated near the fire with plenty of extra tables around us (it was more crowded near the bar). We had three small...More

Great staff, amazing buffalo chicken pizza (small was large enough for two of us to split). Would have given five stars if the salad we also split was better. Definitely worth a visit.

We had a very good pizza and appreciate the sense of quality and good handicraft the pizza was made with. We also enjoyed the atmosphere; lots of joy, laughter and young people. Our waitress was quick and friendly. We will sure recommend the place!

Definitely need a group of 12 to make a reservation. Has to be either an early lunch or early dinner (5 PM) reservation. Enjoy!

Yes, if you go before 8p. Not because it is raucous or anything - it just gets very crowded. The menu has food that will appeal to a kid if any age. Enjoy- make sure you try some of the local beers they have on tap- great... More
