Food is good and decent size portions. The atmosphere is fun - birds in the pond out front, roaring fire and friendly staff. If they are at all busy though, don't go if you are in a hurry. The place has more of a slow...More

My husband and I enjoyed our recent dinner at the Foundry. It was a busy Friday night, but it didn't feel overcrowded or too noisy. Our server was attentive. My salmon burger was a little on the mushy and flavorless side, but my husband absolutely...More

We came off-season, Columbus Day weekend. Very lively, sporty families with kids. The food was very fresh and well-prepared. The reservation process was not very good, though.

We were - by the Greenbrier Inn, Killington, 5 mins away by car. Good food, unfussy service, lively & fun atmosphere (not rowdy) & good value-for-money. Spot-on. Really lovely atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed our hot, simple fresh cooked dinner with a glass of I...More

Service was dreadfully slow, food was basically good but cool by the time it arrived. Waitress mixed up several orders. We would not come back with this price/quality ratio.

We were visiting from St. Louis and had dinner on Saturday night. Great live music and the food was very good. Had the rice balls for an appetizer and fantastic burger and chicken Marsala. Cool place with outdoor seating as well. Highly recommend

this is one of the few restaurants that remains open most of the year. Not sure of exact hours but pretty sure they will be open in late September as we near foilage season.

Description
In the heart of Killington, Vermont, on the banks of the Summit Pond, lies The Foundry. This new addition to the Access Road provides the best in cuisine, entertainment, activities, and scenery! The Foundry offers two menus, an American Bistro-Style menu in the dining room, and a Tavern menu in the bar. The atmosphere of the dining room will surround you with warmth and relaxation, but feel free to keep the party going in the Tavern where we will offer live entertainment a few nights a week. Look forward to year-round activities on the pond, from ice skating and skate rentals this winter, to paddle boat races and Foundry Fly Dogs in the summer! Our outdoor seating will be heated, and open this winter, so come grab a chair and enjoy some of the best views in Killington!
