Our innkeeper recommended this place and we were so happy about it! The Chef knows his job for sure! Even the Desserts were great. And the place itself is so lovely with the pond and the wood. Really nice. Perfect service, too.

From the moment you enter The Foundry, you feel welcomed. The servers are very attentive, polite, and knowledgeable of the menu and specials. The ambiance and decor are very nice. We had the New York Strip and the Filet, which were cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. Sides of asparagus and mac and cheese were tasty and complemented the... More

On a recent skiing trip to Killington we ate at The Foundry. Ambiance and food were amazing. Our waitress, Dawn could not have been more helpful and attentive. The food was great, just too much of it. Unfortunately as we were staying in a hotel, we couldn't take a doggy bag with us so a lot was wasted. Had we... More

We double dated and hired a babysitter! The group of us had a fantastic time. We made reservations which at peak season is needed. All the apps were incredible. Shrimp crab cakes! Also don't miss the truffle fries!

Nice decoration inside. Very cozy feel. The food was good; a bit pricy but worth it. Walking distance from the Nrth Star Lodge where we stayed which was great. Bar tender was great at offering up places to see and things to do.

We are a family of five. 2 adults, 2 teens and a 10 yr. old. It was a nice experience overall. My 10 year old loved the Smores at the table. The dinner was good as well -- except the burgers were too red for our taste. If you would like no red in the middle order well done, not... More

Had dinner here last night. Very hungry after making turns all afternoon. The food was very good. I had the char and my husband had pork. We ordered a few sides which were quite tasty. My field green salad was boring. Only real critism was it took 25 minutes for the food to come. So don't be in a hurry... More

Excellent food and great service. A lot of food for the money. One biggest and best salads(kale) I ever had. The sea bass was great.

We ate at the Foundry twice while in Killington. The food, once it arrives, is good. The waiting time for tables and for food once you have a table is beyond average. We can recommend the steaks (NY Strip); the fries; the salads and the duck. The burgers were eaten in five minutes flat by teenage boys. The atmosphere is... More

Although like other places in Killington, the food and service can be hit or miss, we had a very good meal (probably our best meal of the trip). All of the dishes were very good and the steaks were better than the other local "steakhouses" (though the bernaise sauce had turned to a mayo like substance). The bar is large... More

In the heart of Killington, Vermont, on the banks of the Summit Pond, lies The Foundry. This new addition to the Access Road provides the best in cuisine, entertainment, activities, and scenery! The Foundry offers two menus, an American Bistro-Style menu in the dining room, and a Tavern menu in the bar. The atmosphere of the dining room will surround you with warmth and relaxation, but feel free to keep the party going in the Tavern where we will offer live entertainment a few nights a week. Look forward to year-round activities on the pond, from ice skating and skate rentals this winter, to paddle boat races and Foundry Fly Dogs in the summer! Our outdoor seating will be heated, and open this winter, so come grab a chair and enjoy some of the best views in Killington!
