Very casual environment. Good food with enough options to meet the likes of group members. Gets a bit hectic at heavy peak times, but chill, order a maple stoudt and all will be fine.

My wife and I stopped by a few nights ago, and it was just as we remembered it. Jim was the bartender who we knew from other establishments. We found out that Annie who previously worked at Casey's Caboose, is back there once again. We...More

New ownership, management and chef are doing it right. Glad to see that someone put some thought and effort into revising the tired and old Casey's Caboose. While the decor is similar, the upgrades to the drinks and menu are noticeable. Service too! The focus...More

Last week a group of 7 of us went to check our the new reopened Casey's caboose restaurant. The place looks great. We were welcomed and seated in no time, friendly service. We ordered various items on the table and everybody was very happy with...More

Stopped for a quick dinner. Service was attentive, the lobster and shrimp roll was very good ( could have put a little less dill in the dressing, but it was still good) The place is recently reopened, very nicely remodeled)

If not for the service, this would have been a great place to eat. The food was amazing and the "caboose" is great for kids to play in while waiting on your food. However, they were not prepared for business in general. Our server was...More

There is never any excuse for poor service and we unequivocally apologise for the poor service you received. I was made aware of the situation before I read you review. The combination of new staff and a new point of sale ordering system within what...More

One week in and getting better each visit. Local vibe and super nice servers, large quality servings and lots of craft beers. Had the calamari app and fish and chips, both good with reasonable prices. Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

I was so excited to visit Casey's re-opening and was disappointed. Absolutely zero "WOW" factor. Strange concept of a tonic and botanical bar? They list and describe all their tonics and have a list of the various botanicals, which is great. But there's no info...More

Stopped in last season apres ski. The place was dead. A far cry from years ago. Was at Killington three weeks ago, low and behold, it is now closed. The whole Killington area seems to still be feeling the effects of the Recession.
