This is a great local restaurant that offers typical diner favorites. The menu consists of traditional comfort food such as hearty breakfast selections as well as dinner selections such as burgers, meatloaf and pies. Many of the food items are locally sourced. The wait staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. One word of caution, do not try to rush through... More

A pleasant surprise . Nicely decorated restaurant with several rooms, counter service and a bar. The food was American - Luncheon specials and an interesting menu including some all you can eat specials almost every night. Service was charming and helpful. Food was well presented, decor was lovely country. One room featured lovely quilts hanging from the rafters. Delicious desserts.... More

We ate in Rosie's on 3 week nights and it was full of local diners. The meals were good american dishes and the drinks included local beers from the Drop Inn a few hundred yards away. Our favourite meals were: meatloaf, chicken and biscuits, strawberry and rhubarb crumble and coconut creme pie. The meals were some of the best we... More

Really good food. We had fish and chips and it was smaller lightly breaded pieces of fish and they brought plenty (it was ll you can eat that day). Waittress was nice, but we did nothing special and nothing remarkable happened. Then a few days later we returned for breakfast and had the same waittress and she remembered us! The... More

The local hometown favorite serving comfort food and it's a classic "where everyone knows your name" type of place. Wonderful server who offered up great suggestion of the homemade soup, it was delicious, and the burger, cooked to order. Everything was fresh, tasty, and served promptly. "down home" feeling and local, feels like a diner!

Thank Sarah S
