Decided to try due to high ratings. Total dissatisfaction. Waited almost an hour to be seated, another 20 mins to order, another 25 mins to get our food and the best part - the only guy serving is really rude. The food was not that great. Serendipity wanna be. Plus they automatically put 20% service charge for 2 people.

Echoing past reviews we enjoyed our bountiful breakfast at the Vermont Apple Pie & Cheesecake restaurant. My wife had an omelet, & I the blueberry pancakes...both portions were huge, and we couldn't finish. Food was fresh, very tasty and hot out of the kitchen. Everything is made by one person, so be prepared to relax as you wait. Prices are... More

Want here for breakfast after reading reviews. Place is small but cute. The owner is the waiter who seats you. He is a little rough around the edges but warms up. The food was so delcious. I got the frosted french toast. It was a special. Didn't even need the Vermonth maple syrup. My daughter got the kids pancakes and... More

Do not be fooled that this place is off the main road, or because it's in a residential locale, or that it's tiny and up a flight of stairs. The huge menu and attention to detail is worth the explore. The breakfasts are amazing, omelets enough for two, and do not miss the cinnamon apple waffles! The gentleman who runs... More

Charming decor, friendly service and large portions. The prices however are a little high. Small but comfortable dinning room located on second floor. Doesn't appear to handicapped accessable

This place is just off the beaten path but well worth the detour. You may have to wait as the place is small, but you won't be sorry. Interesting breakfast choices and huge plates of food.YUM!

We decided to try Vermont Apple Pie based on other reviews and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were first amused by the charming decor. As with any small and special place we did have a wait to be seated but we spent the time contemplating our meal to come from the specials board and reading the wall of... More

It's a small place off the beaten path, but worth the visit. The food was outstanding - I had the chicken and the egg, which was pancakes, French toast, eggs and homefries. The portions were large. The real maple syrup was the perfect topping for the pancakes, which were the best I've ever had.

The Vermont Apple Pie Bakery and Restaurant is a wonderful option for a hearty and delicious breakfast while staying the Okemo Mountain Valley. The restaurant is small, so it is likely that one has to wait to get a table, but I must admit the wait is worth it. The food is delicious and fresh. The ambiance is truly country... More

Best breakfast ever! Huge portions including a home made bread that was delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. My husband's omelette included the usual cheese, ham, onions, peppers but was also topped with an additional piece of ham. He is a big eater and could not finish it. The eggs on both orders were fluffy and so good. Home fries... More
