Called here Monday 12th October. Very busy restaurant, which to me is a good sign. I had pancakes omg three couldn't finish them, and my husband had bacon eggs sausage and toast and coffees. Staff were very busy but always a smile on their faces. Ok once we had ordered it was a while, but it was fresh. Would definitely... More

My husband got 1 egg, toast & homefries, I got buttermilk pancakes with real maple syrup at no extra cost. Both meals were pretty good. Have had fluffier pancakes but these were okay . Good Service.

My husband and I visited McCarthy's for breakfast this past weekend. BEST. BREAKFAST. EVER! Staff was awesome, food was amazing. It was so good that it was an easy decision to go back the next day! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

Enjoyed meadow muffins, eggs, bacon and home fries. Service was friendly and attentive. Place was very busy, the menu had a lot of great options.

Had breakfast here whilst in Stowe based on all the rave reviews. How disappointing. $3 dollars for 2 slices of toast, $8 for 2 pancakes, and possibly the most sorry excuse for a cappuccino I've ever seen. Service was slow (although regular updates that "I'll be right with you" - it really wasn't that busy). We've had far better breakfasts... More

A wonderful find while in Stowe! We sat outside at peak foliage time and enjoyed the morning, food and views.

Stopped in for an early breakfast and glad we did. Our server was delightful and provided great service. The cook did an excellent job with our breakfast. Served promptly and fresh everything. The eggs were done perfectly. The toast was fresh wheat bread. All the food was local ingredients. The homefries were the best we ever had and that's saying... More

My family and I frequently visit this area and we always end up at McCarthy s for breakfast. These guys get very busy so it's best to get there before 9ish. Even with the crowd these guys have streamlined their restaurant to have fast service and delicious food. I am a sucker for the homemade hash!!

This is a must! It is a diner type restaurant, and almost always a wait to be seated, but well worth it. If you like corned beef hash, this is the best you will get! The eggs are done perfect, and they have giant cinnamon roles. Regardless of how busy they are, the staff is super friendly and on point... More
