What do they put on those pancakes that makes them so fluffy? We had breakfast there a few times and I was very partial to the pancakes. The parfaits and the banana strawberry smoothies were - heavenly.

We ate breakfast here every morning during our stay at Topnotch as it was included in our room rate. The food was delicious. The service, however, was slow. We also had dinner here one night. Again, great food but super slow service. Not in the relaxed paced dinner way, but in the OK, bring me my food/check/drink now way.

Despite the highest ranking on Trip Advisor, a lunch at Flannel at Topnotch was a bust. Service- the waitress forgot to put in our order. She admitted it later, but ... Food - the daily special was a quiche - it was an uninspired red pepper version that arrived cold. How is that possible for the daily special that was... More

We tried a few dishes and salmon was great but the rest was so-so. The view from the outside deck on the mountain was amazing and they helped to fight the evening chill with a portable heater. Service was slow but friendly.

When we reconfirmed, they asked if we'd like to be seated outside. Absolutely! They didn't tell us we'd be in almost total darkness by the time our entrees arrived. I know I liked the food (I shared a salad with my husband and the lamb chops) but I really should've taken my dinner plate inside to cut the fat off... More

Its nice after a long drive to unwind the from this hotel restaurant did just that its beautiful -- The food was very good. The portion size and quality for the price was good. I was very glad not to have to hit the road again for a decent lunch.

When in Stowe - you do not want to miss having lunch -or- dinner at Flannel (@ TopNotch Resort) I stayed at the resort for 5 days and ate most of my meals there. The one evening we went into town to eat somewhere else - we all regretted it! At Flannel every meal was better than the last. The... More
