My wife and I have returned multiple times to this restaurant for its blackboard pizzas and salads. Very fresh and creative dishes topped off with Heady Topper beer.

Enjoyed dinner here after a day of skiing with my daughter. She had Mac & Cheese & I had Stew. She wished Mac & Cheese made with Vt Sharp Cheddar. Portions large, prices reasonable & ambiance in old haberdashery was warm.

The waiter was nice at first but never came back to ask us how our meal was, never offered refills on drinks and my meal was made incorrectly. The runner delivering the food from the kitchen was separate from the waiter who took our order and she had zero personality. Didn't talk or even ask if we needed anything else.... More

Stumbled upon this place when we headed to Waterbury after day of skiing. The food was reasonably priced. So many interesting pizza choices with different combinations 2 of us ordered salads that had delicious maple sage dressing. They have great menu with many choices from pizza , salad , sandwiches to comfort food like Mac n cheese , stew. And... More

My husband and I stopped here for dinner during a weekend trip. We had plans to go to Prohibition Pig but the wait was way to long and not worth it. I'm so glad we found the Blue Stone, the pizza was very good!

Lots to choose from- was in mood for pizza and was happy to find this place. great local topping options and combinations. Pizza was excellent, wait staff friendly, and beer and cider choices on point. They had headytoppers which is a goldmine... More

Interesting pizzas, always open with room, and great fare. I think this meets a lot of palates and is our go-to when we are in Waterbury and Prohibition Pig has a long wait.

We have been to the Blue Stone a couple of times. The decor is cool and the ambiance is noisy energy. We had a fantastic burger and a pizza on our most recent trip. All were tasty. They have a great menu of beers from the area breweries. It's in the downtown area where you can find lots of other... More

Came here on a Thursday night with my wife....casual atmosphere and seated right away. Ordered an appetizer and we felt rushed from the waitress...like she wanted to turn our table...kept coming back to ask if we wanted to order our meal....very prompt service, yet we felt rushed. App was just OK...calamari and oysters...more breading and sauce than anything....salads were just... More
