Love the atmosphere at the 1846. Warm and cozy. Food is always good and fresh. The live music is also a plus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I had the tenderloin tips and they were delicious....perfect really. My husband had some sort of honey coated salmon which he loved. The waitresses were very nice and super efficient. It was reasonably priced. We will go back for sure.

For the last 10 years I have eaten at this restaurant on our annual ski trip. Always very good. The short rib gnocchi was amazing, the duck also. Nice big bar area with lots of tv's. Quaint dining room. Very good local beer selection. Service was good. See you next year.

We had an excellant meal at 1846. My wife is a vegitarian an they manage to modify a menu item to accomodate her. My only rean this is not a five is that the bill was on a high side for the table in the bar and the food,

There was one item on the menu that said it could be gluten free. Waitress was not knowledgeable or helpful at all in figuring out something to eat. She only mentioned 2 seafood dishes and did not go out of her way to help us figure anything else out. Food was very pricey and the service was extremely slow. They... More

Food was wonderful and presented beautifully, the space is pretty and very 'Vermont' but the service isn't great. At all. Wasn't impressed. The younger bartender is good, but waitresses are not at all. And the older bartender was rude to me. Not impressed.

Snowed in and a great place to relax after a tough day on the mountain. Bartender has a good hand and the chef is impressive. Thursday night had good music to cap off the experience. Don't miss it if you're in the area.
