Called into the restaurant at the wrong time to enjoy the English Pies on offer. Being the middle of the afternoon it was tea and cold drinks but the diners were very complimentary of the food.

Who would have ever thought that a place that puts so much love into everything that they serve would be in White River Junction? Yet we took a leap of faith and stopped by this bright cheery spot with open kitchen for a bite of...More

We took for take out a rabbit pie and a chicken pie. This is not your normal "American church supper chicken pie'. For those who like a lot of really thick chewy crust, and a very dry inside the pie- which I understand is the...More

The food here is different and really extraordinary. Their pies, of course, are great but they also have wonderful breakfasts (like Kimchi fried rice with egg!!) and fabulous pastries. If you're in a rush, it can be a problem. The preparation of the food here--even...More

Found this little place while wondering around WRJ. Had lovely trout on toasted Brioche the first time. Delicious. Had Pecan waffles with a whiskey sauce the second time. They have two menus, breakfast and brunch, each offers a delicious range. All three of us had...More

Interesting observations... Rabbit and Bacon pie is made with local pastured rabbit and local bacon (they are all braised together in red wine and rich chicken stock) in a hearty $13 serving. Our most popular pie! Potato Cheese and Artichoke pie is $10. We make...More

Unfortunately, THE INFORMATION IN THIS REVIEW IS INCORRECT. A whole honey key lime pie is $22. Not $30 as falsely stated by the reviewer. This is a great deal considering that everything is made in house. We developed a recipe to avoid sweetened condensed milk...More

Piecemeal Pies is a British inspired pie shop and local hard cider bar in White River Junction, VT. We specialize in savory meat pies, but really, we love our vegetables and sweets just as much. Using local, organic, and seasonal ingredients is what we’re all about, so we work with farmers to make sure we always have the best vegetables, fruits, and meats possible. We believe that starting with exceptional ingredients grown and raised by people we know, and committing to quality all along the way makes for the tastiest pies. We want to make food that’s delicious for the community we love. And we want to offer the best cider around.
