Traditional pizza, not a lot of fancy toppings. The pizza is a chewy, thinner crust, just the way we like it. Salads are great and the pasta dishes are pretty good. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the prices are just right.

Since moving to Crozet one year ago, we have found Sal's pizza to be the very best in the area. We especially like the sausage, roasted red peppers, and mushroom pizza. We go at least once a month!
Best pizza around and eating at Sal's is a must when I'm in town visiting relatives. Crust is fantastic and the full sized calzone is HUGE, not a plate large enough to handle it! I live in Ohio and dream about Sal's pizza! Not the...More

We went on a Sunday evening. Several other diners besides us and a steady take out business going. We ordered BBQ wings (lots of BBQ sauce and tender chicken), and pizza. The crust was just right, crispy and neither too thick or too thin, though...More
As a Pennsylvania transplant, I know a sub is all about the roll. Sal's rolls are hands down the best in this area. They can easily handle a Philly cheesesteak or loaded with meatballs. This is a family owned and family friendly place. All of...More
Surprisingly excellent food. I mean if you call it a pizza place... It had great eggplant parmagan(?) I am not Italian. Good red red wine and service to match. Large portions, I had to take a box home. Great local flavor, everybody knew each other.
Small town family owned GREAT pizza shop. Definitely has been there a while and is a local hotspot. If you are traveling Route 64 and see the exit for Crozet you should stop at this place. We really loved the food, local feel and staff.
