Was a nice place to go with a group from work. I didn't try the Ale, but the food was decent. Very good wait staff and handled our big party well, though gave us a bit more time than we really needed between ordering drinks...More

I love Capital Ale! The selection of beer is absolutely astounding and even better paired up with the food they serve. This is not your typical bar food... some of the dishes are pretty impressive and the menu rotates to keep it new. (I miss...More

We had the pleasure of attending a party at Capital Ale House. I had the steak and my husband had the crab cakes. Absolutely delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly! My husband was happy the crab cakes weren't full of filler.

STAFF is Awesome. Andy did a great job. Drinks never where empty and always asking if we where OK. We had an issue with one of our dinners and Naomi the Manager did the right thing! She made sure we where 100% happy. Pretzel apps...More

The beer selection here is great, no issues at all. The food menu, while not extensive, is really good. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn right next door and came here almost every night after work. The lamb burger is great (if you like...More

Service was pleasant but lots of mistakes! Wrong wine brought and wrong charge for it. My husband's wine was delivered/served with lipstick on the rim! Hamburgers were 'highlights' but small size Patty inside. Had to deconstruct to eat. Waitress, clearing nearby table, dumped an entire...More

Hi there Mrs. T, I would like to apologize for your wine and hamburger experience! That is definitely not pleasant at all and certainly not our normal food and beverage service standards. We will absolutely be alerting our kitchen and management staff to nip these...More

This place has a huge beer selection. We picled something local and our waiter tried to talk us out of it. We ordered the herb garlic mussels. They were awful and tasteless We ordered them as a shared appetizer and they came with only one...More

This place has the largest collection of tap and packaged beers/ales/hard ciders that I have ever encountered (i worked for a brewery for 36 years). The wait staff seemed very knowledgeable on the long list of beer/ale choices. Truly remarkable. Food was typical "pub" food...More
