Warm and relaxed elegant atmosphere, which is a nice departure. Attentive wait staff, and not rushed at all. Food very good. Wooden chairs may need some new seat pads, as they are getting a little thin.

This is definitely a special occasion place which has delicious French food. The ambience is part of the charm. The real treat is being able to eat outside when the weather permits. Its MAGICAL with the outdoor lights.

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious meal just before Valentine's Day. The staff was very helpful and professional. The food met the high expectations of French cuisine. I started with the bacon tart and ended with the chocolate tarte. I recommend this restaurant for any couple who wish to experience amazing food in a magical atmosphere.

The food is superb at this restaurant. The menu is varied and you can't miss with the French and German dishes. The wait staff is very informed and friendly. The prices are on the high side, but worth the experience.

We dined here with another couple to celebrate my 50th birthday. The other couple had dined here previously and raved about the food and service. I can see why. Even though there is a fixed menu there are plenty of options (almost too many) to choose from. Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing; knowing that we had ordered souffles for... More

We heard great things about this restaurant (and a few not great ones) and wanted to try something different. Unfortunately, we left rather disappointed. The service was excellent, though overbearing at times. I felt like my water was refilled every time I so much as looked at the glass. The food was very good, but it did was not good... More

The prix fixe lunch was fabulous, service was attentive without being intrusive, and the surroundings were charming! Warm Roquefort cheese tart with carmelized apples, green salad, boeuf bourguignon with spaetzle, le kougelhopf en neige au kirsch a l'Alsacienne with a glass of wine. A special way to celebrate the holidays!

My wife and I dined there a few weeks ago with my father who was visiting. This place was recommended to my wife by a friend and to my father as well from an old high school friend of his who joined us. He told my father that they come here all the time. The restaurant is warm and beautiful.... More

We had a pre fixe meal here and the food was not memorable. The Caesar salad is an up charge and it was not edible. Poor lettuce quality, not quite iceberg but close. Shocking I know. I couldn't believe it was even brought to the table. Lamb and lobster salad weren't bad. Asked for lamb to be prepared medium rare.... More

They grow their own vegetables and the food is consistently excellent. I love the mesclun salad with the VERY garlicy crouton (1 is all you need).
