This restaurant would have received a better rating but the poor service outweighs the food. There are two times during lunch that you must go...1.) as early as possible or 2.) not at all. Their management is nonexistent. They haphazardly serve people with no method of priority or "First Come, First Serve" mentality. I called a take out order in... More

One of my colleagues who know the area took me to this place. It has a good selection and is authentic. When they say spicy they mean it. I enjoyed my lunch and it was very fast served and tasty.

My "go to Thai Place"... Bottom line! Yes, that good. Been to many--including overseas--this is the real deal! Not cookie cutter and not D.C. Thai... This is Thai home cooking at its best.

The food is good but the service is SLOWWW. If you have an hour for lunch be prepared to get your food to you 30-45 minutes later and order 2 drinks at the same time because they may not come back by the table. The level of spiciness varies - if you ask for medium you may get really spicy...but... More

We would never have visited this place had it not been recommended by a friend. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is awesome! The inside is clean and comfortable. The menu offers alot of variety and spice levels. We went with our family and a friend - everyone loved it - except the five year... More

What can I say. It's in a typical Hampton dumpy strip mall. I get the beef kapow and it's divine. I have friends who swear by their curries. I'd give it 5 dots except for the ambiance. Other reviews said to ignore the lack of curb appeal. I'm glad they did because the Thai food here is consistently delicious.

We love Thai food, so we have tried most of the restaurants in town. Thai papaya has the best Panang Curry anywhere and we love the Pad Woon Sen. Nice people and quick food prep. The atmosphere could use some updating, but it's excusable given how good the food is.

Great little mom and pop Thai place , unassuming and serving up wonderfully flavorful Thai specialties . Great alternative to the chains that dominate this part of Hampton. Just five minutes from Boo Williams, if you're looking for something way better and healthier than fries and burgers (for less money).

I could just write "pork cashew nut, Thai hot, Thai tea, golden cream cheese" and the staff will know exactly who I am. I eat there a minimum of once a week, sometimes twice in two days. It's not the best Thai food I've ever had, though I think the cream cheese rangoons are actually the best I've had outside... More
