You get a front row seat to all the action in the Kitchen. Executive Chef Ernest Bledsoe is one of the most personable people you will meet. 9 courses over 2+ hours highlighted the best of their menu. His Sous Chefs were equally great, each making sure we had things cooked just right. Highlights included a dynamite cauliflower soup with... More

The restaurant has very modern decor and a fabulous view of the golf course and mountains with glass fireplaces. It is small enough to feel very intimate. A foodie could be very happy here. Offerings are limited but very creative and delicious. A good wine assortment is available.

All of the food at Elements kept me happy, but I have to say the bison was above and beyond. Perfectly tender and flavor, with an almost au poivre preparation. Do yourself a favor and make the journey.

Great service and wonderful food. Possibly the best service we have ever had! Breakfast is a little more casual, while dinner is high end. Local meats and produce.

My experience at The Elements restaurant was great. It has been one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Men are required a jacket and women have to wear something very very nice. It is very quite and cute and small. They have great views of the golf course and a nice warm fire. The menu had a... More

Made all reservations in advance before arriving a few weeks ahead. This is a elegant dress up place with good food with an unusual flair. Much of the food and produce is grown on location and is fully organic at Primland. So I elected to try the farm fresh Virginia egg for appetizer and the duck with duck egg mole... More

Elements is a few miles from the center of Princeton but worth the drive. Check in advance as for much of the year they are only open for dinner. This is a creative restaurant where each dish is thoughtfully prepared and always with a unique twist The wine list is adequate although not exceptional .the price point is medium. Staff... More
