Fun lakefront atmosphere. Friendly-fast service and staff. Good mexican food at a fair price, dine in or out.

On the lake for a weekend with buddies from college. Really good Mexican food. Some of the best taco I have had in a while. Margarita was very good as well. Service was friendly and fast.

Was a regular customer for many years until this year. First visit in June on a Friday night they closed early. Second visit in June on a Saturday night they seated us and then told us they were out of food. Third attempt in July- we decided to call an order in at 6pm on a Friday night and were... More

Fresh margarita is fantastic! Also had shrimp tacos and they were also very good. I was here with several girls for a girls weekend at a friends lake house. We took the boat to the restaurant which made it even more fun! Great place to check out while at SML.

I've been here three times in the last four weeks. This is a popular place and you should expect a wait if you arrive during peak lunch or dinner hours on the weekend. However, it's nice to sit at the bar while you wait and appreciate the tailoring of the hostess's shorts. The view from the dining room upstairs is... More

I'm sorry to say, they forgot the Spanish passion/flavor that goes into Mexican food. You need to stop at Taco Bell before coming here, a slightly better quality of food. It's great to pull your boat up to a place and eat, really cool and the service wasn't that bad either, but the food.... I wish I had better to... More

Been going here for years.. worst service I have ever received past two times there. Thought the first was just a bad night so tried again. Second time had to beg to order, then waited for server to bring dip never did, food came but no drink, and certainly not a refill. By the way I did get a drink... More

Stopped over while boating with family. Didn't expect to see a Mexican Restaurant in the foothills of VA but there it was. Very authentic too. Food was ok. My burritos turned out to be Enchiladas but not bad otherwise. Beer was cold but selection was limited. Location is good, right on the water.

Ownership and management have changed time-to-time, and currently quality is very good. We go out of our way to eat here. Pork dishes excellent, opt for guacamole made at your table. Sensational service.

What a great place to stop for gas, beautiful view & average food while boating on Smith Mountain Lake. The gasoline area is very helpful in securing your boat. The view from the restaurant is priceless. My suggestion is to pass on the food, enjoy the view while sipping your favorite beverage.

Thank Harold R
