In July I posted La Frontera has the best burger in Nicaragua. I still believe that is true. But in the past 3 months I have walked 4 times the 5 blocks for a burger to find it closed. Each time I checked the website...before going. Do not bank on them being open.More

If you're thinking about coming to Granada to enjoy a pleasant place to eat, this should always be a must-go restaurant. You will certainly enjoy La Frontera where rock and roll and heavy metal music in the background gets combined with the outstanding view of...a leafy colonial house yard's garden and its walls full of famous bands posters, that gives this place an amazing vibe of open airspace to have lunch or dinner, which was our case when we first visited this place. Hamburgers and fries are a serious business here, specially the juicy meats' thickness, solid portions of it expertly prepared and cooked by Bernard Pattatuci, owner and chef of cooks, all of this accompanied by local dressings and dips that makes this an unforgettable food experience. When it comes to fried pork ribs, oh Lord, the ribs are simply outstanding. The cook is so good that it melts in your mouth as you eat, coming with a delicious sauce, onion preparation and Salsa Picante Roja (red-hot chili sauce). Last, chicken fingers are fantastic, and all plates come in a solid size, large portion. The staff is attentive, attend with great heart and a smile, knowledgeable of what they serve, always ready to assist when you need something, swift response to our requests even when the place was quite busy. As a family, we like going and eat out on the weekends, we can certainly believe that this is one of the best places in Nicaragua for this type of meals, hence, it is a must that we will recommend it and come back to this place whenever we are visiting Granada again! Great Job, Bernard, his wife and family, thank you very much for such a great tasty food experience! See you guys again soon! Post Data: Rock and Roll forever 🤘🤘🤘More

Hands down the best burger I have had in Nicaragua in 8 years. I go at least once a month. The burger is thicker than the average mouth with all the trimmings, including grilled mushrooms and fries for $5.30, The beer is cold and the...music doesn't rupture your eardrums. I realize that a burger maynot be foremost on a tourist's mind but if live here it is a big deal.More

Great hamburgers and fries. We left foot on the plates because I was to full to eat more. Mary had chicken and I had pork, We both had to cut the burgers up to eat. Delicious and filling. Great service. As slow as the tourist...trade is in Granada this is a place it is worth going out of your way a little to visit.More

We loved the heavy metal and hard rock vibe of this restaurant. There are band posters decorating the walls of the restaurant and TVs with music playing in the background as well. The burgers are the main attractions here and we had the heavy metal...burger. It was delicious and the beef patty was large, juicy and very tasty! The burger came with thick potato fries as well. The service is good here and we appreciated that they provided hand sanitizer on entry. They accept cash or credit.More

Exceptional service. Thanks to Anita, she’s doing a great job! The best way to describe this place is as a local “Hard Rock Cafe”, with their spiced polenta chips, local dressings and dips and great way of cooking juicy meat. I recommend the nachos and...wraps.More

I was looking for a review of the ribs before we went there. I saw one review which was not that spectacular. I took a chance and I am glad that I did. The ribs are exceptional. Wonderfully cooked and virtually no fat. A nice...size portion witb french fries and a couple of innovative sauces. A very nice server and a very pleasant atmosphere. If you appreciate great ribs I think you will love these!! Actually I'm getting hungry now just writing the review.More

Oh my Noren! You did it again. I did not think you could do better than the Christmas and Hanukkah buffet, but, as good as that was this was even better! First, I want to say your staff is incredible. Attentive, knowledgeable, helpful no one...could ask for anything more. We arrived early and ordered guacamole and chopped liver. Both excellent. I have never had chopped liver better than aunt Ruthie's and this was. Next a beautiful salad with hearts of palm and asparagus. With a wonderful dressing. I have to say I love Osso Bucco, but I hate polenta, in fact, I almost passed making reservations just from seeing it on the menu. But, not only was the Osso Bucco the best I have ever had, the polenta was truly a creamy wonderful side, I almost ordered another plate. The combination was perfect, I was simply in heaven on earth. Then came the chocolate with strawberry dessert. Oh my! We will be back!More

Felt like a criminal gorging on a delicious onion cheese burger an fries which only cost $6 US. This would cot at least twice that in the US. Raise your prices man! Wife has chicken quesadillas which were also delicious and too cheap.
