Very Friendly Service. It was very accommodating. We loved the flammenkucken. Great place to people watch in the open air. They don't take credit cards so bring cash.

You'll find everything there: arrogant waiters, not giving a sh&t about you, half of the menu not available, and no card payments while there are pos terminals at the desk. You can try it if you speak French or German, but if you don't - walk away and find another place to eat.

The location is lovely - under trees, beside the river, and just off the main drag. The restaurant is obviously very popular with families and couples alike, some with their dogs (which I thought was great). I ordered the tarte flamblee which is like a very thin pizza with cheese and ham. It tasted fine and went well with my... More

During our Easter trip to Northern Alsace we improvised a visit to Wissembourg on a holiday. We didn't have any reference and even the tourist office was closed, so we couldn't get a proper map to orientate ourselves in the city. As we reached town at around 13:30 we didn't want to spend too much time roaming around to find... More

I was visiting Wiessembourg with a small your group and we decided to eat this restaurant. I orders the Norwegian salad thinking that it was good to be a salad with a cooked piece of salmon on top. I received a huge plate with raw salmon sashimi on top of a salad a large portion of grilled mussels. The mussels... More

We were looking for a place to eat, and happen upon this restaurant. Glad we did! Ordered through lasagna with salmon and it woke up all my taste buds. Great and reasonable wine selection. Look for their daily specials

Without a doubt the worst meal I have ever had in France. My partner is French and we both live in Germany, we visit France often if for no other reason than the elevated quality of cuisine. This meal was nothing short or a crashing disappointment. I ordered the Margaret de canard to be be served "rose" it came over... More

Number 1 - rumsteck, with wonderful chips and salad (9,5 Euro) - a good piece of meat - and white beer to drink. No 2 - Tarte Flambee a la Munster (with muster cheese).

Sitting on one of the small rivers that run through the town. Great on a warm night. Food is OK and the waiters pleasant. Prices are good but you get a great view for the price.
