I hate to say this but this was the worst meal we had in Italy. Our family lives in Napoli and felt the same way. The pizza was not great (not surprising when you’ve had Napolitan pizza) but most of all, we were extremely disappointed...by their signature dish, the pasta al limone. It was essentially Alfredo sauce packed with sour lemon. I do not recommend you order this. Aside from the food, the service was lacking as well. It took the server 45 minutes to bring us bread even though we were the only patrons at the restaurant and our meals arrived 15 min apart: pizza showed up and by the time our spouses were almost done their pizzas, the pasta showed up. Save yourself a bad dining experience and avoid.More

We first visited Midnight Sun a year ago and we’re blown away by Antonio’s hospitality and genuine attention to detail. His lovely wife cooks the food and his daughter helps Antonio serve and look after their customers. The food is always presented very well and...tastes great. Antonio can’t do enough for you and always greets you with sincerity and a true Amalfi smile. Thank you for making our anniversary a memorable and perfect evening Antonio. We look forward in seeing you next year. Grazie MilleMore

Looked cheap and cheerful with a big menu and pushy greater but was then surprised by the quality of the food and the helpfulness of the waiting staff. Tasty, if wet, carbonara

Dinner at the restaurant - Cantaloupe with prosciutto, homemade ravioli with mozzarella cheese (sauce tasted too tomatoey, not cooked done enough), grilled octopus with potatoes and grilled swordfish. All dishes were delicious. Only negative comment was after the cantaloupe was served (they presumed we were...sharing) all other dishes were served all at once? Owner served complimentary apple liqueur not bad. Food good, service a bit slow at times but overall good home cooked food.More

A lovely setting in the square… Antonio was very helpful & accommodating. The menu isn’t vast but four of us all had something different & it was lovely… definitely recommend a visit & reasonably priced.

Fresh home made pastas and wild caught seafood. Menu varies day to day. Spectacular liters of house red wine, great beer & wine menu. Our meal was followed by a complimentary shot of home made Lemoncello. On the square, across from a lazy boulevard, the...beach with a view of Vesuvius in the background. Antonio is the bright, cheery and humorous owner/cook/server of this family owned outdoor cafe’. Of all the towns we visited in Amalfi, Minori was by far the most enjoyable small town we stayed at. Going again in Fall ‘23. Ahbondanza!More

We had a very good meal here on our last night in Minori. We had a variety of items, pizza, lasagna and 2 of the pasta dishes with the lemon sauce. All were delicious especially the house specialty lemon dishes. The owner was very friendly...and provided great service. The house wines were also very good.More

Ate here twice during our October stay in minori. Its situated in a little square opposite the seafront. The food is home cooked, a varied menu and exceptional value for money. It always attracts more customers than nearby restaurants. The house red wine is good...quality and at £12 a litre, less than half price of most other restaurants. The host is very welcoming and engages with the customers about his food and the local area. Highly recommended.More

The proprietor was so friendly and welcoming! The ambiance in the center of a plaza was great. Their house wines were inexpensive, but were great quality. The Linguine Midnight Sun is by far the best pasta I had during my time on the Amalfi Coast.
