First experience in this restaurant for us, Easter lunch... For personal reasons we had asked to eat à la carte and, despite it being a complicated day in itself for someone who has to manage a restaurant, the staff immediately made themselves available to us to satisfy the request... This alone is worth a lot! The place is very welcoming, run by a group of guys who love their work, you can see it in the way they relate to the customer, always in a friendly way and available for any request. The place is divided into two rooms, one classic and one under a characteristic pergola... We had been placed in the first room, since we liked the pergola, we asked if there was room... Within a few minutes, despite they already had the spaces organized to accommodate large tables, they made sure to fulfill our request... Chapeau to all the staff!!! Let's move on to lunch... My wife opted for the seafood menu, really extensive and succulent, I enjoyed a truly delicious, succulent grilled octopus on a bed of potatoes... 🔝!!! The staff was always attentive and thoughtful towards us, they immediately made us feel part of them... I recommend it to everyone because you can enjoy excellent food combined with the friendliness and skill of the staff... CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU ALL!!!

Very successful lunch with friends in an elegant location with a refined welcome. The most pleasant surprise was like feeling like family, pampered by a team attentive to our every need. The quality of the products is very high and the varied sea and land dishes, made with care and dedication, are very tasty and delight the palate.
Hats off to "Sapore di mare e Oltre" because it gives prestige to the town of Cava and proves to be a safe address where you can taste the best delicacies of the sea.

The atmosphere is intimate, the place elegantly furnished in a romantic style.
I was there for a romantic dinner.
I would have preferred the waiter to limit himself to serving the dishes, without intervening a thousand times to explain the dishes, give unsolicited information and, worse, to ask personal questions, thus becoming too intrusive, even to the detriment of attention to service.
It's a shame, because the food was really well prepared and the ingredients fresh.

We found ourselves by pure chance during a trip to the Amalfi Coast. What can I say - typical Campania cuisine that respects zero-mile seasonality, where the catch of the day reigns and more.
All accompanied by the hospitality of the staff and maximum availability of Mr. Giuseppe, always ready to satisfy every request. Where Quality exceeded price.

We had dinner at Sapore di Mare e Oltre and I must say that everything lived up to what we expected. We arrived around 9.45pm and at 10pm they started serving our dishes. We opted for a dinner based on fish, all very fresh and cooked according to the typical tradition of Campania cuisine. On the menu there is also the possibility of ordering very particular land-based dishes. The staff proved attentive and ready to our requests. I highly recommend it and will definitely go back. Good job, everyone!

"The Sapore di mare e Oltre restaurant far exceeded my expectations. It offers authentic Italian cuisine with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a romantic evening or a family dinner. The place is very welcoming, it has two rooms, one of which transforms into an outdoor area in the summer.
The cuisine is influenced by the culinary tradition of the nearby Amalfi coast alternating with Neapolitan dishes such as sea bream fried in salt, a true delicacy!
The owner Raffaele welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, helping to make our evening extremely pleasant!

I had dinner in this place with my other half and I must say that it was the best fish dinner I've ever eaten! We tasted the house starter where the main ingredient was love, passion and fresh fish!! Followed by an excellent first course where the cicadas were the protagonists!! The fried fish could not be missing and if I had to describe it I probably wouldn't be able to, I only felt the quality of the fish! Usually you can smell the oil but in this place this is not the case. They pampered us from start to finish and I especially thank Giuseppe for making us feel at home. Congratulations to all of you on the staff!! We will definitely be back ♥️

Very bad experience. Poorly maintained restaurant with a minimal selection of wines. We order a fillet and a steak is brought to us. To our disappointment we were told that the fillet was finished and so without asking they thought of preparing the steak.

Beautiful restaurant and great food. Raffaele is the best. We came here to visit Amalfi coast but it was told was from the local to come and have dinner to this restaurant and i would definitely advise others to come and enjoy the lovely company.
