La Tinaia was recommended by our host at our air Bnb and we really enjoyed. Service was friendly, and food came promptly (although pizzas came first followed by pasta/fish dishes about 20 minutes later...not too sure why). Reasonable prices and the wine is particularly good value (7 euros for a litre!). Would particularly recommend the fried calamari and prawns, and... More

Went in for pizza. Service was quick and efficient. Pizza was good and prices were very reasonable. Tried on another occasion and we were seated in the crepe section facing a wall. We asked to be moved and told they didn't have another table available, so we moved on. Every time we walked nearby, people were queuing out on the... More

As a tourist, if you avoid the places where waiters try pull in the crowds and if you go instead for places where the locals are prepared to wait for a table, then this is your restaurant in Forio. Perfect food, excellent service and nice people. We went twice for dinner and once for lunch. Everything, every time was perfect.... More

So much fun to eat in the courtyard surrounded by Italian zeal for life and good food. We liked everything, but my son cant stop talking about crepe filled with gelato. Looked like enormous burrito.

We loved this place, exactly what we were after. It was open all day. 2 pizza's, half a litre of wine and a bottle of water for €24. Quick service and excellent quality.

This was only a 5 minute walk from us, so we went here a couple of times. One for lunch and one for dinner. This place would be amazing just for the atmosphere, you feel like a proper local sat here, chilling drinking your litre of wine lol. We had the spaghetti bolognese and pizzas from here, and both where... More

My boyfriend and I had dinner here on our first night in Forio. The restaurant is a beautiful courtyard and the service was excellent. But the best part was the food - we had a simple meal of pizza and wine and it was fantastic. Definitely go!

We stopped by for lunch. At this time of day they only served pizza. That was no problem, cause this pizza was very good. Prices were ok, staff could be more serviceminded

Visited the restaurant on a Sunday evening, lots of hungry people about. First impressions very favourable as the courtyard gives the place a nice airy feel; the pace at which the servers moved between the tables however quickly translated into a level of service that leaned towards speedy rather than friendly. Having ordered seafood risotto to share and two main... More

You'll find this a Forio favorite for locals and tourists in the know. Quality food, generous portions and good value meals. Family friendly with a good selection of dishes on the menu. From the street it might not look like much, but step inside to their courtyard and you'll find a casual yet inviting space.
