Dining at Indaco is much more than having a fantastic meal…it is an experience. From the minute you find the restaurant (not easy) hidden amongst an amazing backdrop of mountains and the sea, you realize that this is not just a one star Michelin restaurant....Each course tells a story that ties into the chef’s vision. Food was amazing. Service was fantastic. Setting is unbelievableMore

Every dish has a story about the ingredients and the environment. In addition the taste all compliment one another so you have to capture each taste in combination. The staff are over the top attentive and the scenery spectacular. If I were to have one...ehhh, the water bottle list while amusing felt pretentious. Can't wait to go back, thanks Klara and Pasquale for a memorable experience.More

I’m so glad we were staying at the Regina Isabella because we were exhausted after our incredible 8 course meal. The staff and chef were so warm, so inviting and full of good humor along with well deserved pride for their lovely restaurant. We were...asked to have an aperitif in their “lounge”, a beautiful spot outside looking at the bay in the Tyrrhenian Sea off the coast of Ischia. They brought us four delightful and delicious amuse bouchées to try. After relaxing for a time, we were invited to our table and asked to choose from one of two 8 course meals. The menus were written in whimsical phrases and our waiter asked us to choose the menu based on how they touched our hearts, our emotions. What followed was a truly special eating adventure, one that created a memory My husband and I will always cherish. Molto buono!!!!! Grazie Indaco!!!!!More

We were so excited to go to Indaco for our last night at the Regina Isabella. We had been there a few years back and were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, we had a pretty lame experience. We got to the restaurant right after...a very big and very boisterous party and we mostly felt invisible for the whole meal. We waited thirty minutes after having our appetizers outside to be seated at our table and felt that it was really hard to get the attention of our servers. Some of the food was amazing and some not so much. But for the price and the way the rest of the hotel operates, this should have been way better. Pretty disappointing way to spend our last night.More

As a foodie who also likes to cook, the meal could not have been more disappointing. When the main focus of the food shifts from something that tastes good to a gimmick (mostly visual gimmicks), you have lost me. Nothing was exceptional or even great...and Several courses were subpar. I would highly recommend you make other dining plans. The service was good and all the staff was very pleasant. The ambiance was also nice.More

My friends and I were able to get reservations at Indaco the last night of our stay in Ischia. The meal was fantastic! They accommodated my lactose intolerance and everything tasted great. They even gave us breakfast pastries to take with us for breakfast the...next morning....so so so sweet! And such great service and beautiful setting.More

We attended the September Summer Dinner at this amazing restaurant. We will never forget this experience - it was truly memorable. We were sat outside overlooking the bay with Mount Epomeo in the background, behind us the cliff. This view is extremely beautiful and a...marvellous setting for a special dinner. Furthermore it was complimented by our table being immaculately set out with lovely wine glasses and flowers. This was a sea food dinner and each dish was imaginatively presented with the freshest ingredients, providing guests with a delicious combination of tastes. As well as meeting the resident and guest Chef we also enjoyed meeting the fishermen who had provided the fish and watching the film of their work - this was so interesting and such an original idea. The fish and Squid Ink Pasta were delicious and the desert made to resemble British fish and chips a real master stroke! . Cocktails and wine were included in the price - for a dinner of such quality it was extremely good value for money. The service was of a very high standard delivered by pleasant staff who were obviously committed to ensuring that every guest enjoyed the evening. However we must make special mention of the Deputy Manager. We were the only English guests at the Dinner and this gentleman who spoke English came to check on us several times to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and to talk about his hotel and the lovely island of Ischia. His kindness was very much appreciated. We look forward to returning next summer and would recommend a' Summer Dinner' at this lovely restaurant without hesitation.More

In reality this is not normally my sort of restaurant as at times I find these Michelin starred eateries quite challenging, but not so here. We went on a quiet evening with just one other table filled and you can have an option of either...4 different set menus or make up your own. We had an aperitif that came with the most awesome canapés (see pictures below), followed by an array of such yummy and different foods. There must’ve been about 7 courses, each one is quite small and by the time we got to the sea bass main we were all very full. We had 2 bottles of wine too. My only slight disappointment was the dessert. All 4 of us were given different ones and I have to say my chocolate and hazelnut tartlet was the winner. The others weren’t so tasty. The petits fours were outstanding. I think that if you’re in Ischia and frankly wanting to spend €350 for 2 for a 3 hour spectacular food show with delicious and different food treat yourselves. It’s fab. By the way the staff were all amazing and even Chef came out to say hi! This was a WoW restaurant with beautiful views and memorable food.More

We are staying at the Regina Isabella where Indaco is and made reservations in advance to have dinner there. When you arrive, you sit outside on a patio and have drinks and appetizers overlooking the water. It doesn’t get much better than that! The presentation...of the food is very creative and clever. We had the tasting menu with seven courses that were all delicious, in particular the cod fish. The sommelier selected a delicious white wine. The service was very good and we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. It was nice to meet the chef after dinner when he visited each table to say hello. A very fun evening and delicious meal. The view doesn’t hurt either!More

Is located within a luxury hotel complex and can see the guests arriving by boat from the restaurant. Once you’re settled in the seat, be wowed by the view in all directions. Impeccable service by all and the menu is adjusted by the chef for...surprise. To finish we ordered 2 of the same dessert and got 2 different ones for variety 👏🏻More

The level and quality of service was excellent, the food looked like a work of art and beautifully presented, I would however say that from a taste perspective it didnt blow be...away. However, if you want a special night out then I would recommend, just kdon't worry about whats its costing you!More

We booked this place in advance , and I suggest you do that too, limited amount of places ( I see it as positive as it's quiet , enough place for everything ) . We were with a child , high chair provided - everyone...happily assisting when dummy falls or my daughter decides to sing away (she is one year old , she is allowed ). Servers menus going , for various budgets , various food preferences and understanding . You have a la carte , set menu of 4, 6 or 8 dishes (8 dishes menu chosen has to be for the whole table and takes more than 3h to accomplish so mind your time ). Theme of this year is seafood therefore not surprising most dishes are with fish or various others seafoods. We had beautiful present from chef : chick peas mousse in a fritta , various home made bread (black rice bun was the most delicious on my opinion). Buffalo butter and potato mousse served with breads were light , flavorsome and tasty . For starters we had rabbit tortellini I pumpkin consommé - do try , it's light , it's slightly sweet and rabbit with truffle caviar is a great combination Another great starter was prawn (raw) with buffalo creme ! Mains were turbot fish fillet , light , flaky and meaty ! My main was rabbit ravioli (see through ones I have never seen so thin) with shrimp- very good ! Red Sea bream with fois gras was perhaps the best main , so delicate and tasty in every mouth full ! Best fois gras I ever tasted ! Desserts did not disappoint either : pineapple and caviar cake , coconut mousse masked as coconut itself , all light , not sugary , most definitely creative ! Service was perfect : staff professional and attentive , explaining each dish and making sure we enjoying it, without being annoying . Place itself has gorgeous view , so perfect spot for special ocassion! Might be a little hard to find , if you not local and not staying in the hotel , but worth the search . We paid 400€ for 2 set menus (4 courses) 2 starters and mains, 4 desserts and coffees and ended water bottles . Worth all the money , recommending itMore
