My wife had an excelllent prawn cocktail. Her fish and chips (Spanish style) was mixed. Importantly though the fish was excellent. My main course of rabbit and chips was substantial but the rabbit lacked taste.

Lovely drive up to bedar, Miramar lovely place with stunning views. Unfortunately the food and service was a bit of a let down, I ordered a prawn omelette only to find when served no prawns in it, Bread was a little stale too, Had to fetch my own cutlery which is ok if your dining in a cafe style restaurant.... We were praying that this restaurant was still there, because it is everything that all the other contributors have said, and we could not wait till go back now that we are in the area again. There homemade Aioli which they bring with your drinks, is the best I have ever had, lovely and creamy and not madly garlicky. We... More

I just popped in to the Miramar mid afternoon hoping for a bite to eat and even though the kitchen had closed the waiter was still prepared to show me the full menu. I settled for a gaspacho and glass of wine. Both were very good. And the views are absolutely stunning.

The lamb remains the best in the area although many of the other dishes are good too. Service was good and the views across to the Mediterranean are stunning. A really good place to visit but be prepared to be well full when you leave.

This restaurant is set in the charming village of Bedar in the hills. On good days there are sweeping views from the terrace towards the coast around 10 miles away, however on this visit it was too cold to eat on the terrace but it's very pleasant in the dining room adjoining the bar (there's another one downstairs) and the... Great place to eat inside in colder weather. Lamb is fantastic. Possible that it may feed three if they are small eaters The Prawn cocktail is unique and excellent value. Don't expect to manage much more that Lamb, patatas el probre and broccoli for a normal person. Only really big eaters could manage one leg of lamb and then nothing... More
