Sat here a few times when on a recent visit to Cala Bona, lovely chilled bar/restaurant, watch the boats come in and out of the harbour and the amazing fish swimming about too, a must when visiting the area

What a wonderful place to sit and bask in the sun! Unfortunately, the food was very fried and didn't really live up to the location!

Lovely to sit and relax in the middle of Cala Bona harbour, across the road from the Cala Bona hotel. Sit back and enjoy a cool beer, people watch and enjoy the chat!

A great little spot for coffee, lunch or after dinner drinks (if you're in a hotel) - although they also offer dinner menu. You are at the waters edge so can watch the comings and goings during the day in the harbour and enjoy the reflections on the water if you go in an evening. One of our favourites -... More

Our first meal was at Thalassa for lunch and we were not disappointed. A lovely location and the food was fantastic. I would highly recommend it for lunch.

Saturday night at the start of April and we were uncertain if the kitchen would still be open at around 21:00...no problem. Simple menu of casual choices. The complimentary salted peanuts a bit old hat. The grilled squid was good and the salad came ready dressed. No credit cards, bit of a surprise in this day and age.

Wonderful harbour cafe, try the thalassa sandwich. It you don't like the free peanuts, feed them to the fish, they love them. Good coffee too.

We were fortunate to be able to holiday, in Cala Bona, twice in 2016, and, in all, visited Thalassa 6 times. Our first visit was prompted partly out of curiosity, because we regularly visit the Thalassa Taverna in Petra, Lesvos, Greece, and did think there may be a connection. On our daytime visits, we got through a range of drinks,... More

We visited this cafe 5 out of our 7 day holiday after being hooked on day one! Attentive and friendly staff. A sun trap that is a delight to sit in and watch the boats and the fishermen as they go about their business and to feed the "tame" fish in the harbour.Lovely, freshly prepared food at a great price.... Description
right next to the harbout, along with smithy's and the vell mari. I still cant believe you have no entries for these 3 establishments I do feel it gives them an unfair advantage on other bars who have got entries. How come the cats whiskers appears at number 1 and number 8 on the top restaurants? I thought reviews were vetted to stop errors like this,
